Frozen II ultimately proves that Arianna and Iduna are not related, and therefore Rapunzel, Elsa, and Anna are not cousins. Despite this, Arianna would still treat Elsa with respect (as she is a fellow queen, albeit much younger than Arianna), and would do the sane for Anna.
Willow is the estranged younger sister of Queen Arianna and Princess Rapunzel's aunt in Tangled: The Series. She makes a notable appearance in "The Way of the Willow" for her elder sister's birthday, having missed the last six.

Who is Varian's girlfriend in Tangled?
Cassandra is Varian's will-be wife and a fierce fighter. Her mother is the nefarious Mother Gothel, who abandoned Cassandra when she was small just to kidnap Rapunzel when she was a baby to use for her magic hair to keep her young.
Elsa discovered that the call was used by Iduna to summon the Wind Spirit to save Agnarr. Elsa also discovered other memories of her mother, from Elsa's own childhood and those that took place before she was born.
Despite Frozen making his emotional connection to his adoptive family clear, Kristoff's biological parents remain a mystery. They received little acknowledgment in Frozen II or any of the franchise's spin-off books, leading fans to theorize he could possibly be related to the Northuldra people seen in the sequel.
The implication, and it's only ever just that, is that Elsa and Anna's mother is herself somehow attuned to the magical forces such that Elsa was given the gift of superpowers. While they're in there, Anna and Elsa also discover another twist: They're half-Northuldran. Their mother, it turns out, was a tribe member who saved their father during the battle, escaped with him out of the forest, and later married him.
Anna's parents rush her to the sacred realm, where discussions with the trolls reveal that Elsa was born with her powers/ depigmentation and deafness, rather than them being due to illness or accident. Grand Pabbie troll heals Anna but removes her memories of Elsa's magic.
After all, in just six years, according to the timeline Elsa and Anna gave in Frozen 2, King Agnarr and Queen Iduna were lost at sea, the next Queen, Elsa, was isolated in the castle for years prior and, on the day of her coronation, she revealed she had magic ice powers.
It was after that the decision was made to fully commit to the voice calling to Elsa being that of her mother, Iduna. As Marc Smith, Frozen 2's Director of Story, notes in the documentary, the idea "unifies the movie" since it starts with a flashback featuring Iduna and Agnarr, and it brings those elements together.

A: Mother Gothel in Disney's Tangled. In this re-telling of the classic Rapunzel story, Mother Gothel is a narcissistic, emotionally abusive sorceress who abducts the infant Rapunzel from her crib. Mother Gothel raises Rapunzel as her own, isolating her in a hidden tower to control Rapunzel and her magical hair.
Gothel is the main antagonist in Tangled. She kidnapped baby Rapunzel to get the magical power of Rapunzel's golden hair. Its magic can make people young but when the hair is cut, it will lose its power. So instead, she had to kidnap baby Rapunzel to make herself young.
According to the Brothers Grimm, Princess Rapunzel is named after the cultivated vegetable of the same name, growing in a witch's garden. The wording of the story suggested to me that the Grimms' contemporaries would be familiar with the plant as a vegetable, that it wasn't a fantastical invented thing.
