Scene+ points may be earned and redeemed on food and drink (excluding alcoholic beverages) at Cineplex® theatres including concessions, Outtakes®, YoYo's Yogurt Café®, Pizza Pizza®, Poptopia®, Starbucks®, Cineplex VIP™ Lounges and in-seat dining.
You can redeem Scene+ Points for Credit online by signing into your Scotia OnLine account or your Scotiabank Mobile Banking App, or you can log into your Scene+ account at sceneplus.ca or the Scene+ mobile app.
How many SCENE points do you need for a free movie?
With your SCENE membership card you can earn SCENE points on movie admission ticket purchases at Cineplex Entertainment^ theatres or cineplex.com. With just 1,000 points you can redeem for a FREE movie admission or concession combo!
For food and drink purchases at Cineplex theatres, you can redeem 500 points for $5 off your purchase. Gift card purchases can be redeemed at 1,000 points for $10 off. For example, a large popcorn costs $8.19 at certain Cineplex locations.

No, your Scene+ points will not expire as long as your Scotiabank product that is eligible for the Scene+ program remains open. If you close your Scotiabank product you will remain an active Scene+ member and points will only expire after 24 months of inactivity.
Why can't I redeem them? Members can only redeem all or some of their Scene+ points towards Apply Points for Travel if their total points balance can cover the full amount of travel. If you have fewer points than your total travel amount, Scene+ points cannot be applied for full or partial redemption.
