Yes. In Truce at Bakura, Anakin's ghost appeared to Leia, begging for her forgiveness. She rejected him. Only by Tatooine Ghost did she start to come around to the father underneath the suit, just in time for her to finally have kids in the Thrawn Trilogy.

Leia was not using the Force or was currently Force-sensitive during her confrontation with Vader. She began training as a Jedi years later. All these reasons prove my point: Vader didn't know Leia was his daughter, and felt no presence of the Force in her, as she was not currently strong with the Force.
Exactly because of this lack of forgiveness, Han and Leia never made peace with the past and they grew afraid of their own son, seeing a potential Vader in him! And then they gave him up to Luke and hoped he'd be able to sort it all out.
At the time, Anakin was assigned to protect her from a unknown bounty Hunter on Naboo, later on revealed to be Jango Fett. During their time together on Naboo, they fell in love with each other.
Nonetheless, as she dies, Padme tells Obi-Wan that there is still good in Anakin. Even something as heinous as that couldn't fully break her love for Anakin.
