When Nick Fury activates the Avengers Initiative, she becomes a founding member. Following the fallout related to the Sokovia Accords, Romanoff became a fugitive and eventually reunites with her adopted family, including sister Yelena Belova, and they work together to destroy General Dreykov's Black Widow program.
As far as we knew, the Avengers were her only family. But by the end of “Black Widow,” she's reconciled with her first family, Alexei, Melina and Yelena, and they were all alive when they parted ways.
Stevie was the artificially engineered genetic son of Natasha Romanoff and a man named James Grey. He was created in a laboratory using their genes by a cabal of Black Widow's enemies after they kidnapped Natasha and conditioned her into a new identity, just as they did with James.

Hulk couldn't bring her back because you can't use the power of the stones to resurrect her as the exchange is permanent, but when Cap goes back to return the stone he could exchange the stone back for her soul.
She is valuable to the extent that her pain can motivate them. In Endgame, Black Widow sacrifices her life so that Clint Barton, a.k.a. Hawkeye, can retrieve the Soul Stone, which will grant the rest of the Avengers the power to bring back everyone who died when Thanos snapped his fingers during Infinity War.
"Scarlett talked to me about it: Her character would have hated a public funeral," Shortland told Variety about Natasha's modest gravesite in Ohio. "So I felt like the fact that she's buried in a really private place, in the boondocks somewhere, is perfect."

By the end of the film, Yelena is so devastated by Natasha's death, that she's willing to listen to Val—a stranger—when she tells her that Clint Barton is responsible for Black Widow's demise (which occurred in Avengers: Endgame).
Bucky Barnes is one of the few figures who, while coming from the Red Room, Natasha trusts and cherishes. They first develop a romantic relationship when Barnes trains her as his Winter Soldier persona in the Red Room, though they are eventually split by their superiors.
Why do Natasha and Yelena have different last names?
Yelena's full name follows an incorrect style of naming in Russian, which is quite an odd error by Marvel. Her lack of a patronymic name helps to prove that she and Natasha aren't biologically related but actually are adoptive sisters, which is shown in the MCU.
