Reyna had strong romantic feelings for Jason Grace, But after Jason's 8 month disappearance, she believed he was dead and briefly considered Percy Jackson a romantic partner.
Reyna knew she needed another praetor to help her lead the legion. So Reyna offered the Praetorship to Percy and flirted with the idea of them possibly getting together in the future (which praetors often do). Percy shut her down, and then Reyna finds out that Jason (her main and first lover) is alive.
Reyna initially disliked Percy for unexplained reasons. It isn't until she tells him that she lived at C.C.'s Spa and Resort before Percy and Annabeth destroyed it that he realizes why.
Throughout the book, it is mentioned several times that Annabeth is deeply in love with Percy and that she cannot live without him. She also thinks about their future at Camp Jupiter, which Percy mentioned before, and she states that she would like to die peacefully, after spending a long life with Percy.

Annabeth is pretty much the same, but went through less rigorous training. Not to mention, Annabeth literally says she probably couldn't beat Reyna in single combat. It's pretty clear to me that Annabeth would be defeated by Reyna.
In The Lost Hero (book 1), Jason says he knew Reyna was important to him, but he decided to date and love Piper. In The Son of Neptune, Percy noticed Reyna has feelings for Jason.
