When Sauron tempted Galadriel on the boat what was it he wanted? He seemed to tell her that he wanted peace on Middle Earth and wanted her to rule by his side, apparently as his queen. Sauron is known for being deceitful. While we don't know what exactly he offered her, we know he offered her something.
There was no better way to ensnare her than to be in the right place at the right time, just when she is alone in a dark ocean, and really needs a friend in order to survive. Sauron at this moment conveniently saves Galadriel's life and earns her trust.
Sauron did desire Galadriel... He desired to make her his puppet-Queen. He didn't have any romantic feeling for her. He didn't want to marry her or have romance with her.
Despite her power, Galadriel couldn't match Sauron's ability to wield the One Ring, and it would have ultimately turned against her. Even if she managed to carry the ring, Galadriel's ambition and power-seeking nature would have eventually led to her corruption, making her unfit to deal with Sauron's weapon.

Why did Galadriel turn evil?

Her intentions would have been pure because she sought to instill peace. Ultimately, however, Galadriel would have been corrupted by the power of the One Ring, and her beauty would become an object of worship.
In his notes, Tolkien remarks that Sauron saw Galadriel as his equal. Add that to the fact that she's untrusting of Sauron (yes, even when he's in his Annatar guise) and an unwavering, single-minded force, and it's more likely than not that Sauron feared Galadriel — or the potential she held to upend his plans.
In an interview with Screen Rant, Vickers shared why he believes Sauron offered to make Galadriel (Morfydd Clark) his Queen in the Season 1 finale. "I think [Sauron] thinks that if [Galadriel] with him, he can affect his designs faster," Vickers said. "That's why he loved Morgoth.
Saving Galadriel at sea was likely a method of gaining her trust, since Sauron would need an Elf's friendship to enter their realm. Whether he targeted Galadriel specifically because he could exploit her bloody-minded rage and broken heart is unclear.
Halbrand does not deny his heroism out of bashful humility, though; he knows that as Sauron, he's not the hero she wants him to be for the Southlands -- not when his plans involve scorching it into Mordor. No, Halbrand was never a hero, nor did he ever claim to be.
Additionally, while he was in his weakened state, Galadriel could hold him off through the power of will alone. However, if Sauron had his One Ring and faced off in a battle against Galadriel, it's unlikely that there would be much she could do.
Halbrand's story is largely a new invention slotting in between the formation of Mordor and the forging of the Rings of Power. The name “Halbrand” is not a known alias of Sauron, though he has lots of others. Halbrand claims to be a King of the Southlands, and there is a certain logic to that particular lie.
Sauron's only interest was an order or to work upon the world in an orderly state, even in the beginning, Mairon really had no love interest. Despite his deceptive attributes, he was a trickster and a seducer, he had little care for attempting to love someone.
When Halbrand and Galadriel captured Adar, Adar seemed not to recognize Halbrand as Sauron. Adar also claimed to have killed Sauron after watching Sauron experiment on the orcs, whom Adar sees as his children. It's possible Adar was pretending not to recognize Sauron as part of a ruse.
As Halbrand, he continuously denied her claim that he was part of the Southland's royal bloodline, but that was to manipulate Galadriel into believing she had to bring him back to Middle-earth to restore the Southland Kingdom. The more he denied it, the more Galadriel wanted to believe that he was the lost King.
The Rings of Power is clearly setting Galadriel and Halbrand up for a love story. It's early days, and their attraction may yet be quashed before it even begins, but merely cajoling these two characters down a romantic path at this moment in time causes problems for The Rings of Power.
For those that haven't read Tolkien's work, it's easy to see why many audiences suspect Gandalf and Galadriel are in love. After all, many of their interactions in The Hobbit trilogy practically scream romance. However, their relationship remains purely platonic in Tolkien's source material.
Sauron's deepest fear was that Aragorn would use the Ring against him. With its powers of domination, Aragorn could comfortably take over the entirety of Sauron's dark army. Though this would eventually corrupt Aragorn, it would allow him to destroy Sauron and take his place.

Through her great-grandmother, Idril, Arwen was a descendant of King Turgon of the Noldor. Through her mother, she was the granddaughter of the Elf-queen Galadriel of Lothlórien. Through both of her parents, Arwen was a direct descendant of the ancient Elven House of Finwë.
Morgoth, the first to reign terror upon Middle-earth, was more powerful than Sauron and commanded an army of dragons and Balrogs. While both Morgoth and Sauron were cunning, Morgoth's rule and terror lasted longer and his corruption spread further, making him more formidable in the Lord of the Rings universe.
The majority of her powers come from her Ring of Power, Nenya, the Ring of Water. The ring, also known by the names the White Ring and the Ring of Adamant, is one of the three Rings of Power given to the Elves of Middle-earth in the Second Age.

But, she says, if she took it, she would become corrupted herself and rule over Middle-earth as a beautiful but tyrannical queen. She turns down Frodo's offer and, relieved, realized she has passed the ultimate test and can return home to the Undying Lands, where the elves hailed from before they came to Middle-earth.
Sauron was originally a shape-shifting fallen angel and could take on various forms, including a vampire and a werewolf. Sauron's final form was terrifying and demonic, reflecting his own hate and evil, and he did not wear armor in the books.
