A line referencing the Blip and how the Quantum Realm could be used to avoid it was filmed for the series finale but was ultimately cut from the aired episode. In Avengers: Endgame, Clint Barton's family, Erik Selvig, Shuri, and Jane Foster are confirmed to have been blipped.
Moments later, the Blip happens and Shuri disintegrates. In 2023, Shuri is restored to life and is brought via portal by the Masters of the Mystic Arts to the destroyed Avengers Compound to join the battle against an alternate Thanos and his army. While an early version of the film may have featured a romance between Namor and Shuri, Huerta himself has shot down the idea that there is anything romantic between the characters.
The Hulk saw an alternate reality when he snapped his fingers: In the first vision, the Hulk saw the Russo brothers logically following the battle arena theme from Ragnarock into Infinity War and Endgame.
Those select few that knew T'Challa as more than the Black Panther aren't around anymore. T'Challa was close to Natasha Romanoff, who's also dead. He was also friends with Steve Rogers, but the All-American hero is gone. So, they couldn't attend his funeral if they wanted to.

In the end, Shuri's interaction with Killmonger acts as more than just a highly-anticipated cameo. Finding Killmonger on the throne and hearing his violent point of view gives her the chance to confront her own emotions, no matter how dark they are.
The biggest reveal came in Wakanda Forever's mid-credits sequence, and it wasn't Doctor Doom. Nakia revealed that sometime after the events of Black Panther and before Avengers: Infinity War, she and T'Challa had a son. They may even have been secretly married.
Having become the new King of Wakanda, T'Challa was taken to the City of the Dead by the shaman Zuri. Then, a ritual took place so that T'Challa, thanks to the powers of the Heart-Shaped Herb, could meet his ancestors in the Ancestral Plane. T'Challa was buried under the sand during his interdimensional journey.
Exposure to so many enemies along with his trip through space may have weakened the Hulk to the point that he could bond with Bruce in Endgame, thus making the Professor persona appear much weaker. However, after snapping his fingers, the gamma burst should have raised his levels.
The Time Heist in Avengers: Endgame allowed the surviving heroes to get the Infinity Stones and with the help of a Nano Gauntlet developed by Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, and Rocket Raccoon, Smart Hulk undid Thanos' snap.

You may leave the theater wondering what Ramonda was going to tell Shuri. When you watch the movie a second time, it's evident Ramonda was likely trying to tell Shuri about T'Challa's secret son with Nakia, Prince T'Challa, who is finally introduced in the film's mid-credits scene.
Namor makes it clear to Shuri that he wants an alliance and will allow Riri sanctuary in Wakanda if they join together to wage war on the surface world.
When Namor takes a romantic interest in Susan Storm, AKA Invisible Woman, he becomes more of an ally to the team, even becoming a member of the Fantastic Four on a few occasions.
