He paid a visit to Padme amidalda's tomb, hoping to find some kind of evidence there. Instead, padme's former handmaiden, still devoted to the memory of her, warned Vader that he would not desecrate the tomb. They attacked him, but Vader easily subjugated them with the force, all while experiencing flashbacks of Padme.
