Yoda's Conversation With Anakin Hints He Knows About Padmé Right before Anakin is due to leave for Scipio, he discusses the matter with Yoda and Mace Windu. During this scene, it is heavily implied that Yoda – and thus, Windu – are both aware of Anakin's deeper feelings for Padmé.
Yet some knew about their marriage, with Yoda likely being one of them. For the three years the Clone Wars waged, Anakin and Padme kept their marriage a secret from the Jedi Order. While their secrecy was impressive, there were still a few who caught on, especially those closest to Anakin.
Master Yoda knew that Darth Vader was once Anakin Skywalker - the boy he sensed too much fear in to train way back in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace. For many years it's been assumed Master Yoda was aware from the day Vader gained his cybernetic enhancements and signature wheeze.
Obi-Wan Kenobi is definitely one of the few who knew about his former Padawan marrying a senator. Evidence of this is shown at the peak of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
This means that although Anakin and Padmé tried to hide their love throughout Star Wars, several of their closest friends, including Ahsoka, Rex, and Obi-Wan, knew about their relationship but preserved their secret.

As Yoda considered such things to be dangerous, he thus deemed Anakin unfit for the life of a Jedi. Even after learning of Qui-Gon's death and Anakin's heroics during the Battle of Naboo, Yoda agreed to have Anakin join the Jedi Order but was against Anakin being made Obi-Wan's apprentice.
They may not know the extent of Anakin's relationship with Padmé, or even that they are legally married, but it seems abundantly clear that Yoda, at the very least, was aware of Anakin's strong attachment to Padmé, and that those feelings were reciprocated, too.
Padmé was born in 46 BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin) and Anakin's miraculous Force-created birth came in 41 BBY, so Padmé was five years older than him. They did not meet until Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, which took place in 32 BBY.
The Obsession comic basically confirms he knows, too. Matthew Stover's Revenge of the Sith novelization (aka the best Star Wars work ever) confirms that Obi-Wan knew, and that Anakin knew he knew.
R2-D2 was present when Padmé gave birth to Leia and Luke, so he knew Luke was Anakin's son – but what he didn't know was that Anakin became Darth Vader. In addition to that, Anakin's fall was surely a painful event in R2-D2's life, one that he definitely wouldn't like to remember or even talk about.
Yoda. Yoda's knowledge of Luke Skywalker's true parentage was also confirmed in Return of the Jedi. As with Obi-Wan, Yoda believed that Anakin's fall to the dark side made him unsalvageable, with the Darth Vader persona being his only identity following his ascension to Sith Lordship.
Anakin's vision did come true, as Padmé, heartbroken by her husband's downfall, loses her will to live and succumbs while giving birth to twins. Before her death, Padmé still believed there was still good left in Anakin and that one day he could be saved with the help of their children.
It's clear that Darth Vader wishes that Padmé joined him so that they could have remained together. But there are moments in Marvel's other Darth Vader series that suggest that, while the Sith Lord is very much still obsessed with the idea of Padmé, her betrayal may have caused him to think ill of his late wife.
Being a master manipulator, Palpatine knew about Anakin and Padmé's secret relationship from the very beginning. It was he who brought them together as adults, manufacturing an assassination attempt that would force the two to reunite.
While Padmé died in childbirth at the age of 27, Anakin would live on as Vader until his redemption and death when he was 45 years old. Padmé's early death and Anakin's fall to the dark side left a question mark over what their lives might have looked like had Anakin not fallen under the influence of Darth Sidious.
Even though Luke tried his best to protect him, Anakin accepted his fate and expressed his love for his son and daughter, Leia, whom he learned about before dying. While it seemed like Anakin had lived a long life, his choices eventually led to his demise at 45.
Anakin Skywalker's birth mystery is solved - his mother, Shmi Skywalker, reveals that there was no father and she can't explain what happened. Qui-Gon Jinn believed that the Force itself created Anakin in Shmi's womb, making him the Chosen One who would bring balance to the Force.
Anakin Skywalker never knew Padmé was pregnant with twins, and he believed his child had died with his wife. He had no idea Padmé had given birth before she died, still less that the Jedi had spirited the children away and hidden them.
The quiet Yaddle was a member of the same mysterious species as the revered Jedi Master Yoda. Yaddle sat on the Jedi Council with her fellow green-skinned diminutive Force-user. By the time of the Clone Wars, she was no longer on the Council.
Given the rarity of his species in the galaxy, along with the fact that the only other two known members of Grogu's species were both living in the Temple when he was born, it seems likely that Grogu is the child of Yoda and Yaddle and was born to help preserve their rare species.
