Hank Pym is best known in Marvel comics for being a wife beater. In one infamous scene, published in 1981 in The Avengers #213, a cowardly and pathetic Hank hits a negligee-clad Janet so hard that he knocks her off her feet.
In the 2015 film, Ant-Man, it was revealed that during a mission, Janet was forced to shrink between the molecules to stop a ballistic missile. While her action saved lives, it also caused her to be lost for decades. Hank went years believing she was dead while silently hoping that there was a chance to bring her back.
During that story line was this legendary moment in comic book history. On the verge of a nervous breakdown, Hank Pym ( then called yellowjacket ) hit his then wife Janet Van Dyne ( the Wasp). This is the infamous comic book panel that changed the way the world saw Hank Pym.

This storyline saw Kang try and rewrite time in his own image but was tempted into battle with his old enemy Khonshu. It's left up to Moon Knight, Khonshu's avatar, to fix time and defeat Kang the Conqueror, which he does very effectively.
In response, the New Avengers Protocol is activated and Spider-Man, War Machine, Wolverine, the Thing, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist join forces to defeat Kang, casting him out of the timestream and returning the original Avengers to the present while S.W.O.R.D. repurposes the Damocles as their headquarters.
Since Scott had used Hank's complex technology, the Pym particles, Hank and Hope were held responsible for Scott's actions and became fugitives on the run. Both were angry at his betrayal, and Hope was particularly angry that Scott didn't ask her to help, stating that he wouldn't have gotten caught if she was there.
But, Marvel's editor-in-chief at the time, Jim Shooter, would later reveal that the slap was supposed to be an accident. Back in 2011, Shooter wrote that Pym wasn't supposed to intentionally hit Janet, but instead was supposed to accidentally strike her.
Ant-Man. Margaret Lang is the former wife of Scott Lang, they both have a daughter named Cassie. After VistaCorp incident and the subsequent arrest of Lang, Maggie decided to divorce him to give a quieter life to her daughter.
Darren Agonistes Cross is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is the archenemy of Scott Lang (the second superhero to be called Ant-Man) and the cousin of Crossfire. Scott reunites with his girlfriend Hope van Dyne and daughter Cassie, while also writing a memoir of his life. After being inadvertently trapped in the Quantum Realm, he encounters Kang the Conqueror and prevents him from escaping. As of 2023, Scott has appeared in five MCU films.
Not beating around to bush, Reed said that he chose to replace Cassie because he admired Newton as an actor, and wanted someone who could keep up with Paul Rudd.
In an interview, Michael Douglas, who plays Hank Pym, agreed that the initial tone of Hank and Scott's relationship was negative. This was because of Scott's decision to assist Steve Rogers in Captain America: Civil War without the consent of Hank and his daughter Hope.
In her newer identity as Stinger, Lang can still shrink and grow thanks to Pym Particles, but also utilizes a suit that combines the best of The Wasp and Ant-Man's looks!
Scott's arrest came at an already rough spot in their marriage, leading Lang to file for divorce. Sometime after, she began dating Jim Paxton and they soon became engaged.

Through out the entire Ant-Man movie trilogy Hank and Scott have had a father-son relationship, he's mentored him out of a bad spot in life, and taught him he can become a new man entirely for the people he loves.
Why does Janet call Hank Pym, Henry? Henry is the full name of Hank, which is a common nickname for Henry. Why didn't they use their ability to grow bigger more often? It certainly would have made survival easier and navigation faster.
Scott and Hope's budding romance never quite took off, and due to Scott's ordeal in Berlin, and because he had used Hank's Ant-Man suit, Hank was now a fugitive from the law. Part of Scott's plea deal stated that he was no longer allowed to contact Hank or Hope.
In his last opportunity to escape, he had a brutal duel against Ant-Man, which resulted in Kang being shrunken and decimated by his own Engine Core, though his death inadvertently alerted the Council of Kangs about people interacting with the Multiverse, prompting them to take their own measures.
Prior to his appearance in Quantumania, though, Majors made his MCU debut in the Season 1 finale of Loki, playing one (of many) variants of his villain Kang the Conqueror named He Who Remains.
