DOES LAURA DIE IN 365 DAYS 2? No. Though the end of the first movie left the audience in suspense as to whether Laura survived the attack in the tunnel, at the beginning of the sequel, we see that she is safe and sound.
The Next 365 Days takes place after the explosive finale of 365 Days: This Day. We learn that Massimo's evil twin Adriano perished in the church shootout, but Laura survived.
The Next 365 Days ending: Does anyone die? As expected, Laura did not die in the shooting, although she was injured. The only real death is of Massimo's evil twin brother, Adriano. Anna also died.
Massimo is angry after the death of his brother and tells his rivals to leave. Adriano is dead while Laura is alive. In fact, Laura has fully recovered from her gunshot wound last movie, and beyond a few mentions it's never brought up again.
Major spoilers are ahead. Before she gets married to Massimo at the start of the movie, Laura reveals to her BFF Olga that she hasn't told him that she was pregnant. It's revealed that although she survived the accident, she unfortunately lost her baby as a result.
The book ends with Laura choosing to be with Nacho, but that is after Massimo holds her against her will, drugs her and tries to get her pregnant. It's not really a surprise she escaped with Nacho in that scenario. The epilogue shows they have a daughter together, while Massimo has given up and agreed to a divorce.
Adriano, you see, had been posing as Massimo in order to make Laura think her husband had been cheating on her, which in turn led her into the arms of Nacho – a mafioso from a rival family who had been posing as a charming gardener.

Not only does the scene see both Massimo and Nacho obsessing over Laura in bed, but the two men both share their own kiss, too. After catching the scene, fans rushed to social media to discuss what they had just witnessed. "Who has seen the new 365 Days?" one viewer asked their followers.
Massimo offers Laura space to work out what's best for her, she fantasizes about a threesome between her, Nacho, and Massimo, visits her parents, and eventually returns to Massimo.
Laura eventually ends up divorcing him. It's revealed that Laura ended up with Nacho after escaping another abusive situation that ends up with Massimo drugging her and trying to get her pregnant.
Domenico works for Don Massimo Torricelli, who is a Sicilian mob boss and head of the Torricelli mafia family. Domenico is one of Massimo's best friends. After Mario's departure, Domenico became Massimo's right-hand man.
The movies are adapted from bestselling novels by Blanka Lipińska, a Polish makeup artist-turned-author. Lipińska was inspired by “Fifty Shades of Grey" when writing the trilogy. Given that there are three books, it follows that there will be three movies.
