Major spoilers are ahead. Before she gets married to Massimo at the start of the movie, Laura reveals to her BFF Olga that she hasn't told him that she was pregnant. It's revealed that although she survived the accident, she unfortunately lost her baby as a result.
Laura and Massimo obviously still have some sexy times, but after they fight over Laura not telling Massimo she lost their baby (at the end of the first movie), they couldn't be further apart. Both disappear into their work, Massimo with his gangster life and Laura with her fashion brand.
Laura finally tells Massimo that she lost her pregnancy in a car crash at the end of the original 365 Days and Massimo is hurt that she didn't inform him at the time. This drives a wedge between the duo, resulting in Laura eventually sleeping with Nacho while she is in Portugal on business.
Laura (Anna-Maria Sieklucka) survived the tunnel attack at the end of the first movie, but she lost her unborn baby. Her mob-boss-kidnapper-turned-fiancé Massimo (Michele Morrone) doesn't know that Laura was ever pregnant. The two get married and have a lot of sex on their honeymoon.
Laura is in fact alive and makes a full recovery, although she does lose a pregnancy that she never told Massimo about - with this theme of deceit rearing its head many times throughout the plot of 365 Days: This Day.

Adriano, you see, had been posing as Massimo in order to make Laura think her husband had been cheating on her, which in turn led her into the arms of Nacho – a mafioso from a rival family who had been posing as a charming gardener.
Massimo kidnaps her again and tries to get her pregnant. In the end, Laura runs away with Nacho and becomes pregnant with his child. With disturbing twist after twist, Kolejne 365 dni subverts the notion that 365 Dni series is a love story at all (because it's not).
Laura kisses Nacho. He then confesses his love for her and drives her to a random house that may or may not be his. They have a dramatic conversation on the beach that quickly leads to sex…on the beach. Nacho reveals that he saved Massimo's life because Laura loves him.
On the car ride to the airport, Domenico, another one of Massimo's mafiosos, tried to reassure a nervous Laura that Anna won't hurt her but gets a phone call, tells Laura to wait in Warsaw, and rushes away. In Warsaw, Laura waits for Massimo for days with no contact.
Since around May of 2023, dozens of posts about a 365 Days 4 coming to Netflix have surfaced on Facebook and gone viral. One of the biggest accrued tens of thousands of likes and shares. Only, it's not true. There is currently no plans for a 365 Days 4.
Plot. Massimo visits the grave of his twin brother, Adriano, who was killed during the events of the previous film. He then checks on Laura, who survived and is healing from Adriano's attack.
When Laura catches Adriano and Anna hooking up, she believes she's catching Massimo red-handed. She spends a short period of time feeling heartbroken and devastated by what she believes she saw. It turns out Massimo never cheated on her, and it was simply a case of mistaken identity.
It's revealed that Laura ended up with Nacho after escaping another abusive situation that ends up with Massimo drugging her and trying to get her pregnant. Laura eventually manages to escape him by seducing him and leaving when he lets his guard down.
Slowly Laura finds herself getting very attracted towards Nacho. Massimo, on the other hand, becomes a drug addict. All of this makes Laura meet Nacho, who has also fallen for her. Laura leaves Massimo and starts living with Nacho.
Does Laura choose Nacho or Massimo? In the book (“Kolejne 365 dni”), Laura chooses Nacho. If you do some quick digging on the books (via Republic World), you will find that the “365 Days” series gets pretty dark on the Laura/Massimo front.
Laurel revealed to Annalise in the episode "It's for the Greater Good" that the baby is a boy. In the episode "Live. Live. Live.", Laurel gives birth to him prematurely, and he is ultimately saved by Annalise while the paramedics arrive.
She disappeared at the end of "Please Say No One Else Is Dead" along with her son Christopher Castillo. Its later revealed in "Annalise Keating Is Dead" that Laurel fled to Brooklyn with Tegan Price's help out of fear of her family and what they might do to her and Christopher.
Annalise finds her and performs CPR on the baby to save him. Simon goes into cardiac arrest during surgery. Laurel and the baby are brought into a hospital, where Annalise informs Connor of what happened to Laurel, which Dominic overhears, and then meets Frank. Laurel's baby is still alive.
Massimo is still a mafia boss and still guilty of kidnapping, coercion, and a host of other criminal charges, but viewers can rest assured that he is no cheater.
Not only does the scene see both Massimo and Nacho obsessing over Laura in bed, but the two men both share their own kiss, too. After catching the scene, fans rushed to social media to discuss what they had just witnessed. "Who has seen the new 365 Days?" one viewer asked their followers.
Apparently, from what I've heard the book 3 of 365 days was Laura falling in love with Nacho again her cheating with Massimo but then fast forward to the end, at Domenico and Olga's wedding, Massimo brought a girl.
The 365 Days book trilogy is a series of three steamy romance novels by Polish author Blanka Lipinska that has taken the world by storm. The first book, 365 Days, was published in 2018, followed by This Day in 2019 and Another 365 Days in 2020.
