Percy, Grover, Thalia, and Zoe search for her but they never find her. Nico learns of her death at the end of the book. He believes that Percy has let her die despite promising not to let Bianca be harmed. Nico flees, and Percy discovers in the process that the Di Angelos are children of Hades.
Nico cried that night about the exchange and was jealous of Percy that Bianca summoned him, but gave up on trying to get her back. After the Battle of the Labyrinth, Bianca said goodbye to Nico. However, Nico saw Bianca another time after this, in The Last Olympian.

At one point, Nico declares that his mother is 'Bianca Di Angelo' which is incorrect, Bianca is his sister, his mother's name is Maria. Nico says this at a very emotional part of the story, which is unfortunate as it kind of ruined the moment.

Does Bianca come back to life in Percy Jackson?
Later in the book, Bianca comes back as a ghost, through a ritual by Nico. She explains to Nico that her death wasn't Percy's fault and there was nothing he could have done to help, as she made the fatal decision herself. She also tells him he must forgive Percy, as holding grudges is the fatal flaw of a Hades child.
He becomes more sullen and solitary, saying that "only the dead respect him...and only out of fear". He believes that he will never be accepted with the living, but forgives Percy after Bianca tells him that it wasn't Percy's fault that she died.
I mean Percy and Estelle have a 17/18 year difference. As Estelle grows up, Percy would most likely start becoming more and more distant as he's becoming an adult.
Shortly thereafter, Hades wiped his offspring's memories and hid the brother and sister in the Lotus Hotel and Casino. If you're thinking, “A casino is no place for a couple of orphans to grow up,” you'd be right! Not to worry, though. Bianca and Nico spent only two months at the Lotus.
Upon returning to Camp Half Blood, Percy is betrayed by his friend Luke, son of Hermes, who turns out to be the human hero whom Kronos used for the theft. Luke poisons Percy, and tells him before leaving that Kronos will rise and destroy the age of the gods. Western Civilization is unraveling.
Unable to rescue his mother at first, Percy defeats the Minotaur and retreats to Camp Half-Blood until he is allowed to go on his own quest with Grover and Annabeth Chase, a daughter of Athena. After ten days, Percy rescues Sally by returning the Helm of Darkness to Hades in the Underworld after a fight with Ares.
