Can eternity lift Mjolnir?
Other than the specific components they were built with, there's nothing to suggest that the Eternals are much different from Vision, thus it could be assumed that they can also lift Mjolnir. At the same time, it could be argued that Vision can wield Mjolnir because he has less conflict and a larger desire to do good.

Abandoned and left for dead as a baby due to his diminutive size, Odin took Loki, son of Laufey, to Asgard to raise him as his son and a prince in order to one day unite the Frost Giants and the Asgards in peace.
While ruling Asgard as Odin, Loki cast a spell on his father to make Odin forget himself and exiled him to Earth, leaving him dazed at Shady Acres Care Home: a retirement home in New York City. The retirement home was destroyed and he eventually overcame Loki's strong enchantment.
