Despite being on opposing sides, Katan apparently still loved her sister Satine, and showed sadness when Kenobi expressed his condolences at her death.
If we assume Satine what is the same age as kenobi that would mean by time she died. She was only 37 or 38 years old. Now one can make the argument that she is old enough to be Bo-Katan's mother considering she is nearly 40 years old when she died.

The Clone Wars ended 19 years before the Battle of Yavin, and Djarin was already a child of at least five or six years old during the battle. This places Djarin in his thirties during the events of The Mandalorian. By the time of Rise of Skywalker, everyone's favorite space dad would be near sixty years old.
Dialogue in Star Wars: The Clone Wars suggested there was only a small age gap between Satine and her sister, Bo-Katan. This would place Bo-Katan in her late 50s or even early 60s by the time of The Mandalorian season 3.

Over time, a gentle headbutt consisting of a tapping of helmets together at the forehead, came to be a stand-in gesture for a kiss among Mandalorians adorned in full armor. The practice led to the development of the slang term "Keldabe kiss," derived from the name of Mandalore's capital city.
Regardless, while the loss of his friend still troubles him, Obi-Wan at least made peace with the reality of it. Satine's loss cut him far more deeply and may continue to linger even when the pain of Anakin's memory is distant.

The character also stands fairly tall at 5'9”. Sackhoff also captures the badass energy that makes Bo-Katan such a feared warrior and potential future leader of the Mandalorian order.
Katee Sackhoff is 42 years old currently, but the assumption has been Bo-Katan is closer to her sister Satine's age. Din Djarin is far more spiritual than Bo-Katan Kryze, who stands as someone more rational. He really believes in the Creed, in how this can unite Mandalorians, while she does not see the value in those traditions (Not until she starts spends a lot of time with him, of course).
Satine Kryze was born on the planet Kalevala in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories. The daughter of Duke Adonai Kryze, Satine was a member of Clan Kryze, a clan aligned with the Kalevala-based House Kryze, at one point considered the Mandalorian royal family.
Djarin himself is rescued by a tribe of Mandalorian warriors, and he is later adopted into their culture as a "foundling", an orphan raised in the Mandalorian tradition despite not coming from the planet of Mandalore.
The Razor Crest is destroyed. A battle ensued, as Fett and Shand focused on eliminating the stormtroopers while Djarin tried in vain to retrieve Grogu from his meditation.
Why did the armorer tell Bo-Katan to remove her helmet?

She recognizes the potential Bo-Katan has, and understands that she can't control her.
