One day while eating cereal in the X-Mansion, Colossus spotted Deadpool on the news, causing mayhem on a bridge. Taking the X-Jet, Colossus and his student, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, stopped Deadpool from killing an injured Ajax, allowing the villain to escape in the process.
Deadpool and Spider-Man's actual first meeting is on Cable and Deadpool #24. They first met when Deadpool time-traveled back to the past where he met Peter Parker and pretended to be him to meet Weasel.
Tim also wanted Colossus to sound as close as possible to the comic book character's background, so he had me to come in, since my voice was what he envisioned for Colossus, who has an authentic Russian accent. My character's voice gives him the past history as Piotr Rasputin once you hear him speak.
Colossus was transformed into one of the Four Horsemen and he took his place alongside Deadpool, Moon Knight, and Venom. The transformation into one of Apocalypse's Horsemen meant that Colossus gained the ability to transform his body into liquid metal.
So while Juggernaut is much more powerful, and would normally be able to win in a fight, Colossus could convince Cyttorak to transfer his power, or even cut off Cain Marko's connection to Cyttorak. Cain Marko would be left as a normal human. Colossus would still be a powerful mutant.
Colossus isn't as durable as vibranium or adamantium. His skin is some sort of organic steel alloy that can heal but only in his human form I think. With vibranium and adamantium as 2 of the most durable materials in the Marvel universe, Wolverine and Black Panther could likely cut him.
Deadpool does his best to harm Colossus, but the metal skin and muscles of the Russian mutants mean that Wade can only break his wrists by punching him.
If Colossus is a pseudo brother to Deadpool, he is definitely a big brother to Negasonic Teenage Warheard. Essentially Colossus wants Deadpool to be “as perfect as Neganonic,” Kapicic said. “In the first Deadpool movie she was a trainee, now she's becoming an X-Men member. She was the perfect student for Colossus.
With the Juggernaut abandoning his usual powers, Magik attempted to take his place as Cyttorak's avatar. However, Colossus took her place and became the new unstoppable Juggernaut.
Deadpool's new powers as Apocalypse's Famine manifest through the antihero's mouth, from which Deadpool can conjure a deadly cloud of locusts. In order to control this ability, Deadpool has his mouth sewn shut, and only breaks the stitching when he needs to unleash his disgusting yet incredibly effective new ability.

In the comics from which the movie is adapted, Deadpool is pansexual – he makes no distinction between genders or gender identity in his choice of partners. The term “bisexual” would be too narrow for Deadpool, who has flirted with Thor, propositioned Spider-Man and wouldn't rule out, say, unicorns.
Colossus has always been the gentle giant of the X-Men, due to his caring and trusting personality and devotion to his sister, Magik. Physically capable of extreme violence, Colossus has never seemed to delight in fighting but would rather spend his time painting or hanging out with teammates.
It has been revealed that at the time his healing ability was given to him, Deadpool suffered from some form of cancer; after the healing factor was given to him, it made his normal cells as well as his cancerous cells unable to die, giving him a heavily scarred appearance beneath his suit.
Most likely, Deadpool would have to place his head back onto his neck, and it will then Regenerate in that location. This is also seen possible because of this, yes I know this is just epic cover art to build suspense, but it shows us that Deadpool can actively hold his head rather than it just regenerating instantly.
One of the most physically powerful X-Men, Colossus is a force to be reckoned with. He would be able to put up a good fight against Thanos and even get close to beating him but he wouldn't be able to keep Thanos down and that would be a problem.
Wolverine, given enough time, could defeat Colossus in a fight using only his claws, but he would have a terrifically difficult time doing so; the latter's skin is made of adamantium, same as Logan's claws, and even a demon-controlled Wolverine can do very little against him.
There aren't many superheroes that could defeat Deadpool without breaking a sweat, but Shazam harnesses the power of the gods to use for the greater good, so there's not much Wilson could do to stop him. He has a healing factor of his own, along with super strength, invulnerability, super speed, and the ability to fly.
Colossus' ability to wield Mjolnir shows that he is pure of heart and ultimately good, despite recent actions calling into question his integrity. Colossus' heroic nature is evident in his willingness to sacrifice himself for others, as seen in the Legacy Virus storyline.
There'd be no reason whatsoever for them to fight. But if they did, Colossus is just not at anywhere near Superman's level. Colossus' two best attributes are his strength and durability, and Superman has him far outclassed in each, even in his top level Juggernaut form.
Yet Colossus' biggest strength comes from his mutant power, which allows him to turn his skin into organic steel. It makes him practically invulnerable and ensures that he can lift and throw even Wolverine great distances. That very same power is a veritable death sentence against Magneto.
