Madame Web aka Casandra Webb got her powers after falling from a bridge into the river below. Cassandra Webb's psychic powers were unlocked after she fell into the river from a bridge while on her usual paramedic duties with her paramedic colleague, Adam Scott's Ben Parker.
According to Madame Web's flashbacks, Cassie Webb and Ezekiel Sims get the power to predict the future from a rare kind of spider found in the Amazon. In Marvel Comics, Madame Web develops her abilities as a side effect of myasthenia gravis, a neurological condition.
After her mother, pregnant with Jessica, was struck with a beam of radiation containing the DNA of several different types of spiders, Jessica Drew developed superhuman powers patterned after several different types of spiders when she was born.
Anya possesses the proportionate abilities of a spider after treating herself with an experimental cure to the Spider-Island virus. As a result, she received off-shoot powers of Spider-Mans with the addition of organic web-shooters. The only powers of Spider-Man that she lacks is the spider-sense.

Anya reveals her mind-reading powers to Damian for the first time in mission #96 of Spy x Family. Anya's fear of being alienated due to her powers has led her to keep them secret, even amidst danger. Anya and Damian's budding friendship takes a significant turn as she trusts him with her biggest secret.
Madame Web: As Cassandra Webb died, she passed on her abilities as Madame Web to Julia. By inheriting this psychic power, Julia became physically blind but greatly increased her psionic abilities.
With Spider-Woman and Silk outclassed by her stolen tech, Cindy-65 revealed that she had created the spider that gave Gwen her powers, derived from the genetic material of an extraterrestrial arachnid. Incapacitating Gwen, Cindy-65 injects her with a formula that removes her spider-powers.
While some fans tend to be hard on recent superhero movies, Madame Web has already received plenty of criticism. From a poor script to nonsensical plot points and unlikeable characters, Marvel fans have come up with plenty of valid reasons to dislike the new movie.
During the final fight between Madame Web and Ezekiel Sims, Cassie is thrown into the water where she's hit with a blast from one of the explosions. It's this blast that blinds and paralyzes Cassie, as seen when Julia fishes her out of the water and the three girls revive her.

After Lady Jessica drinks the Water of Life while pregnant, Alia's mind prematurely awakens and inherits her ancestral memories, allowing Lady Jessica to have "internal conversations" with Alia while she is still in the womb.
Madame Web was a victim of myasthenia gravis, a disorder of neuromuscular junction transmission. As a result, she became entirely dependent on external life support for survival. This is no longer the case as she was cured of the condition some time ago. She is also blind and relies on her powers to compensate.
And because Madame Web is distributed by Sony, it's not part of Disney's Marvel Cinematic Universe. (After all, you'd think Tony Stark or Steve Rogers would have known if there was a team of Spider-Women protecting New York in the early-aughts.)
The ending clearly hoped to set up a franchise starring Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced, Celeste O'Connor as a crime-fighting team. But unfortunately, Madame Web flopped in theaters, and there's very little chance that there will be a sequel.

Some fans have speculated that Anya's horns are related to this telepathy ability, and some even posited that she would be unable to use her mind-reading skills without them.
