How did Thanos get the Mind Stone if Vision is made of Vibranium?

However, the blade doesn't just keep him alive - it also cuts substances on the atomic level, including the super-hard skin of beings including the Hulk and Hyperion, Marvel's version of Superman.
It would need to be a more durable metal in order to break Vibranium and that's without a doubt. Even though Vibranium is said to be the strongest natural metal of all time and has energy absorbing abilities. In Avengers: Endgame, Thanos was able to cut/break apart Captain America's vibranium shield.
Vision's corpse was taken by S.W.O.R.D. and disassembled in an attempt to weaponize his remains. Vision's body was then reassembled in a white form and reactivated through a sample of Maximoff's Chaos Magic, and was employed by S.W.O.R.D. as their sentient weapon.

Synthezoid Physiology/Chaos Magic Energy Enhancement: White Vision was created to be a replica of his original self. He was eventually turned on with enough energy radiating from Chaos Magic.
Since Vision was caught off-guard, he didn't have time to phase through the blade, and his synthezoid body began to malfunction. After Corvus Glaive's attack, Vision couldn't use his powers and remained badly wounded for the rest of the movie, which gave Thanos and the Black Order more freedom to confront the Avengers.
This alternate has an argument, and perhaps the Thanos of its universe was somehow inherently weaker than the core MCU's, but there doesn't seem to be any scenario where the Sacred Timeline's Vision could ever defeat its Thanos, who had already harnessed five of the six Infinity Stones.
An alternate account of the Vision's origin includes Wasp explaining that starting a new life and finding a new identity can involve imagining "a vision" of the person you aspire to be and then trying to reach it. Affected by these words, this becomes why the android chooses his name.
Jarvis was later shot in the head by Natasha, a traitor within the Ultimates team. His death is a contributing factor to Tony's descent into full-blown alcoholism. Another Ultimate equivalent is William "Jarvis", Tony's new personal servant tolerates being called Jarvis.
He's not. As shown in this scene, Vision's on the side of life. Vision is not just Ultron's child. Banner says that he's a mix of Jarvis, Ultron, Tony, him [Banner], and the Mind Stone.
It's important to note that White Vision is not a resurrection of the original Vision who died in Avengers: Endgame. Instead, he is a distinct being with the memories of the original Vision. Since leaving Westview in WandaVision, White Vision has not made any appearances in the MCU.
They can cut through steel like butter. They have been shown to pierce Terrax, and damage Ultron, two highly durable & invulnerable characters (New Avengers v3#5 & Avengers v3#21); why not also Hulk? A vibranium weapon imbued with the power of the Wakandan gods. It's been shown to cut through anything.
Thanos and Hulk have clashed several times in Marvel lore, with Thanos even admitting he was scared to face the Hulk before acquiring the Infinity Stones. While Thanos is usually the victor, it's generally down to him using superior tactics and technology, rather than simply possessing greater physical strength.
So although it isn't guaranteed to work every time, with a little practice, preparation and effort, Vibranium is strong enough to cause serious damage to the Hulk, strongly hinting that the powerful metal is strong enough to effectively restrain him as well.
Because without altering any continuities, if Fox's Wolverine and Marvel's Captain America were to come to blows, the claws would slice through the shield like a hot knife through butter. Vibranium can absorb kinetic energy, but it isn't indestructible (as evidenced by Thanos destroying the shield in Endgame).
Likewise, it can also cut through virtually anything as evidenced by Wolverine himself and his wickedly sharp claws. However, it's been established that it can't cut through pure vibranium.
Therefore, theoretically, Captain America's shield, with its sharp edges, which have been shown to be able to slice through an entire tank in a single throw by Captain America... could definitely cut through Wolverine's claws.
