Vision's body was reassembled by S.W.O.R.D. and was transported to the S.W.O.R.D. Retreat Base outside of Westview. Now sporting a white form, Vision was reactivated using traces of Chaos magic found on their dismantled S.W.O.R.D.
In an attempt to counter Wanda's control over Westview, S.W.O.R.D. utilizes the remnants of Vision's original body to construct a new version called White Vision. To power White Vision, Wanda's residual magic is harnessed, which she had used to destroy one of the S.W.O.R.D. drones that infiltrated the Hex.
Summary. Even three years after its premiere, the fate of WandaVision's White Vision remains unknown in the MCU. Vision Quest, a spinoff series focusing on White Vision, is in development and expected to explore the character's memories and humanity.
They discuss the age-old puzzle of Theseus' ship and conclude that the thing that makes any being who looks like Vision actually Vision is the memories that Vision has within him. Hex Vision gifts his memories to White Vision, from falling in love with Wanda to dying at the hands of Thanos.

Episode eight's mid-credits scene was no different. At the very end of “Previously On,” viewers were treated to the sight of what appeared to be Vision's reassembled original body, now pure white, as it was activated by S.W.O.R.D. director Tyler Hayward.

The drone SWORD previously sent into Westview actually was absorbing Wanda's hex energy. In the post credit scene in episode 8 we finally found out that SWORD succeeded and bringing Vision back to life. They powered him with a little, “from the source.” They used Wanda's hex energy to bring Vision back to life.
As her magic built a house around her and transformed the entire town into one modeled after the sitcoms she grew up loving, she was also able to entirely create a new, living Vision. This is why Vision remembered nothing from before Westview: Wanda literally created him from nothing, using chaos magic.
