Yes ,Thor can easily survive the Snap and there are two reasons. 1-Thor is considered as god and he is so much powerfull that he has beaten Serter and Hulk easily and has beaten all Infinity stones.
Kronans are an entirely male species with no female counterpart. As explained by Korg, Kronans reproduce by taking another Kronan, or other stone based sentients, and joining hands in a river of lava for three days. After which an infant will grow and develop.
With the release of Thor: Love and Thunder, it appears Kronans, the race of aliens that the character Korg is part of, are now all males. Game Revolution reports that “All Kronans are born male, Korg also confirms.” However, this is a direct contradiction to the previous Thor film, Thor: Ragnarok.
Korg is part of the alien race known as the Kronans. We saw one of them attacking Hogun's people at the beginning of Thor 2. Korg and Kronan made their first appearance in the comics way back in Journey Into Mystery #83.
