New animatronic dolls of Chucky and Tiffany are involved in the movie "Chucky Goes Psycho". They are brought back to life by their child Glen, when they read the inscription on the voodoo amulet. Before he knows they are alive, a puppeteer comes into the room to repair the dolls.
After she angers him, Chucky kills Tiffany, and transfers her soul into a female doll. The duo then goes on a cross-country rampage, during which they have sex.
Rest of the series from Cult to Curse, Tiffany was showing her undue loyalty possibly because she has a lot in common with Chucky. Tiffany loves Chucky despite his abusive nature because: 1. Chucky is very protective of Tiffany.

The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos. The film, shot in Romania, continues the series' evolution from the pure horror genre of the first three films to a hybrid horror-comedy.
Tiffany is stabbed in the heart by Chucky, and avenged by Jade who shoots Chucky to death. As she lies dying, Tiffany gives birth to a bloody baby doll which attacks the lieutenant.
