Does everyone get an interview for Disney College Program?

How many free tickets do Disney College Program students get?
You will earn three tickets after working 150 hours in total. You will earn 3 more tickets after working a total of 300 hours (this includes the 150 hours before you earned the first set of tickets). You will earn a final 3 tickets after working a total of 600 hours.
It is a paid internship and participants are guaranteed to be scheduled for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Pay is weekly and housing costs (rent) are deducted automatically from the weekly paycheck. CPs are eligible for overtime (1.5x after 8 hours in a shift or after 40 hours in a pay period.
Can you do the Disney College Program in the summer?
A summer-only season is periodically offered for Disney College Program Alumni (previous participants who have successfully completed a program). First-time participants are not eligible to apply for the summer-only season, due to the extremely limited number of openings and the brevity of the program.
If you don't already know how to cook, it would be a good idea to learn before you arrive. Unlike college, the DCP does not offer meal plans and eating out will get very expensive. If you plan to live in housing, you should be aware there are very strict rules.

International Program participants must pay the full, non-refundable program fee of $442* upon acceptance of their offer. Domestic (College, Culinary) Program participants will pay the $442 fee in two phases: Upon acceptance: $240 for program fees, activities, events and administration.
Each of the apartments is owned and operated by American Campus Communities. All of the apartment buildings are named after a unique Disney character, making it easy for an arriving college program student to find their new home. The apartments house up to four college program participants and are fully furnished.

Do you get to pick your roommates in the Disney College Program?
