There are six films in the Scream franchise so far with but 13 Ghostface killers altogether. Aside from Scream 3, each entry had two killers that worked together to terrorize Sidney and murder everyone around her. As such, it can be messy trying to figure out who kills who in each film.
Who was the first person to be killed by Ghostface?
(It was actually her bf Steve) Casey Becker was a student at Woodsboro High School and the first character appearing in Scream. She has the dubious honor of being the first on-screen victim of a Ghostface killer and being his second murder of the movie.
Maureen is the first Ghostface kill of the Scream franchise and the only murder to take place off screen. While both Billy and Stu were involved in this death, it remains a mystery as to who's responsible for the six other murders in the first film of the franchise.

Billy Loomis - Billy single-handedly killed 2 people, and with Stu's help, he killed two more for a total of 4 kills. Along with Stu, he killed Maureen Prescott (Sidney's mother) and also Casey Becker (Stu's ex-boyfriend).
The Child's Play franchise is known for its brutal, high kill counts. Racking up the kills together from all seven movies, Chucky has killed a total of 67 people.
Freddy Krueger (63 kills) Freddy Krueger, the child abuser and murderer from A Nightmare on Elm Street, has managed to rack up over 60 kills throughout his almost 40 years on-screen.
While the masked murderers who terrorize the unlucky characters in the Scream franchise are fictional, there's another, even more disturbing layer to the story that has roots in reality: "Scream" was inspired by a rash of real-life murders committed by a serial killer in Gainesville, FL.
Although each Ghostface killer has died after their Scream massacre, such characters maintain significant impacts on the attacks' survivors, leading to a few Ghostfaces being brought back posthumously.
With Scream 6 confirming that Stu is dead, it obviously means that he's not one of the killers in the latest movie in the series.
