Bo and Obi-Wan are about 56 when they appear in Rebels (1 BBY), and Bo is about 67 years old by the time of The Mandalorian Season 2 (~10 BBY). So yeah. That's definitely different from how Bo looks in Mando S2.
Yoda lived to be 900 years old before passing in the original Star Wars trilogy, and Grogu was already older than Din Djarin at the start of The Mandalorian, so any biological growth would be almost imperceptible.

That'd make him 34 during Return of the Jedi, and 39/40 during The Mandalorian. This estimate is partially based on the age of Aidan Bertola, who portrayed Djarin during the character's Clone Wars flashback scenes.
Katee Sackhoff is 42 years old currently, but the assumption has been Bo-Katan is closer to her sister Satine's age. If we assume Satine what is the same age as kenobi that would mean by time she died. She was only 37 or 38 years old. Now one can make the argument that she is old enough to be Bo-Katan's mother considering she is nearly 40 years old when she died.
That would be Kix. Due to his being frozen in stasis by the Separatists, he survived for 50 years after the end of the Clone Wars before being awakened by a pirate gang several years before the events of the sequel trilogy. Kix, Able, or that one Delta squad guy that appeared in legacy of the Force.

Sackhoff went on to reveal that in an outtake of the scene, Din Djarin, who was being played by Brendan Wayne, kissed Sackhoff's Kryze through his helmet.
The ending sees Din Djarin formally adopt Grogu as his son, with Grogu given a new name - "Din Grogu," signifying their changed relationship. The two settle on Nevarro, with Din striking a deal to work for the New Republic hunting down Imperial warlords.
In "Chapter 16: The Rescue", the Mandalorian and Boba Fett approach Bo-Katan and Koska at a cantina to recruit them in their mission to rescue Grogu (The Child) from Moff Gideon. Bo-Katan is initially hostile to Boba and calls him a disgrace to his Mandalorian armor, since he is a clone.
