Alice was turned into a vampire at the age of 19, in 1920, by a vampire working at the asylum she was sent to. He did so to protect her. By the time Twilight began, Alice was the same age as Edward (104 years old).

Rosalie is very protective of Renesmee. Even though Bella survives, Rosalie still treats Renesmee as her own child, and now accepts Bella as a sister because she knows that she was willing to give up her life for her baby, the same choice Rosalie would have made.
Carlisle, who as a vampire hadn't aged since the pair first met, turned Esme into a vampire as he was aware traditional medicine could not save her life.
She comes to care deeply for Jacob, though less than she loves Edward. At the end of Eclipse, she becomes engaged to Edward Cullen, and they marry in Breaking Dawn, one month prior to her 19th birthday.
It was obvious that Rosalie still did not care for Bella and only defended her for the baby. Rosalie viewed Renesmee as her own child instead of acknowledging that she was Edward and Bella's baby.
