How much time passed between Picard season 2 and 3?
There were some early materials released which suggested that season 3 was set 10 years after season 2 (Most notably, an infographic which gave the Titan-A a launch date in 2405), but this seems to have been walked back, with season 3 taking place only a year or so after season 2.

Background information. Jack Crusher was portrayed by English actor Ed Speleers. In "No Win Scenario", Crusher agrees with Picard's supposition that he was 23-24 years old. Given that he was conceived after the events of Star Trek Nemesis (set in 2379), he can be no more than 22 years of age.
As an Admiral, he was one rank below Fleet Admiral (5 pips inside bar), and above Vice Admiral (3 pips inside bar), Rear Admiral Upper Half (2 pips inside bar) and Rear Admiral Lower Half (1 pip inside bar)². These pips parallel the stars accorded the admiralty ranks within the US Navy.
