Wan was born in the year 9,850 BG, though it's unclear how long he lived for. He was 20 years old when he met and bound with Raava, and he appeared to be middle-aged when he died. It stands to reason, then, that Wan lived until he was at least 40 years old, though that has yet to be confirmed.
Ultimately, it resulted in Aang dying at the relatively young biological age of 66 (since he was in the ice for 100 years, in 153 AG). Aang was outlived by his wife, Katara, and his three children, but he did not live to see his grandchildren, all of whom would become powerful airbenders.
Korra technically hasn't died in the official canon. However, but if we go by the Legend of Genji time line, Korra died when she was 39. Legend of Genji is fanfiction, so the age she died in that story is entirely irrelevant to a discussion about the actual canon.
174 AG. In 174 AG Wu and Korra managed to transform the Earth Kingdom into the Earth Federation and Wu abdicated. Four years later, Korra married Asami and two years later created the Global Assembly.

Who was the oldest Avatar?
Kyoshi was the Earth Kingdom-born Avatar immediately succeeding Avatar Kuruk of the Northern Water Tribe, and preceding Avatar Roku of the Fire Nation. She died at the age of 230, making her the oldest confirmed human, and was also an exceptionally tall woman, towering over most people.
Originally A Waterbender. Of the Avatars named in the original animated series, Avatar Kuruk died the youngest at only 33 years old. His story is among the most tragic, as well. On his wedding day, his betrothed was sucked into the Spirit World.
One of the visual effects team's biggest hurdles was how to transform 73-year-old Sigourney Weaver into Kiri, the adopted teenage daughter of Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri.
Comics later reveal that without an outside force such as war acting against them, Avatars tend to live about 150 years. Kiri te Suli Kìreysì'ite is a fourteen-year-old Na'vi, the adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri, and the biological daughter of Grace Augustine's avatar. She is one of the main characters in Avatar: The Way of Water.
Wan is NOT that strong. In fact, he *might* be one of the weakest. All the avatars after Wan had more knowledge than the avatar before, they were aware of more sub-bending styles, bending tricks, and just more knowledge in general. However, Koh's actions suggest he is amoral rather than purely evil; he stole Ummi's face to punish Avatar Kuruk for his arrogance, but willingly told Aang the names and location of the Moon and Ocean Spirits and the danger they were in, as well as leading the young airbender to his past Avatar lives.
The first known/named Avatar that was female was Yangchen who was the airbender avatar that preceded Kuruk (who preceded Kyoshi, who preceded Roku, who preceded Aang who preceded Korra).
How did Unalaq become the first Dark Avatar? Unalaq became the Dark Avatar after fusing with Vaatu during the Harmonic Convergence of 171 AG. This fusion resulted in a human embodiment of darkness and chaos, known as 'UnaVaatu' in its enlarged form.
