At that point, Hercules must be something like 16 or 17; the time difference between the beginning of the movie (where Hercules is a baby) and the finale is said to be 18 years, and the heroic tasks and fame-building Hercules does between the first meeting with Meg and the finale must've taken him at least a year.
Is Hercules still immortal at the end of the movie?
Climactic Moment: Hercules proves himself a true hero by sacrificing his own life to save Meg. Just as he is about to die, his immortality is restored. He returns Meg's soul to her body, and together they go to Olympus, where he reunites with his parents.
At the end of the film, he's supposed to be 18 years old, but BBS is set 10 years before KH1. In KH1 he's most likely 17, because he gets his constellation at the end of KH2, which is similar to the movie.

Hercules is the older half-brother of Kratos, and shares many similarities with him. Both warriors mercilessly killed their wife and children under the influence of gods (Hera for Hercules; Ares for Kratos), having been forced to serve Olympus for a number of years in order to hopefully gain redemption.
Hercules and Pegasus fly to Olympus, free the gods and vanquish the Titans, but Meg dies from her injuries. To recover Meg's soul, Hercules goes to the underworld and risks his life by leaping into the River Styx. This act restores his godhood and immortality, so he is able to reach Meg's soul and climb out alive.

Herakles is about 4m (13′1″) tall. By scaling off the lion he fought, which is said to be twice the size of an African lion (average length of 2 meters/6′6″), and in ancient Greek art the lion seems to be the same height as Herakles when stood in its hind legs.
