He is the eldest son of Jake Sully and Neytiri who is expected to protect and look after his younger siblings throughout the movie. Neteyam was only 15 years old when he died during the climax of Avatar 2.
Neteyam went along, and after successfully retrieving Spider, the three of them underwent heavy fire. Neteyam provided cover for Lo'ak and Spider, and after making sure they made it into the water safely, he followed last. However, he suffered a bullet wound and died in front of his parents, Lo'ak, Spider, and Tsireya.
Neteyam is the eldest child of Jake and Sully, and grew up with Spider. So, if Na'vi gestates for a similar period to humans, Neteyam is around fourteen years old. Lo'ak is the younger brother of Neteyam, but the two seem to be approximately the same age.
However, it is his more impulsive younger brother, Lo'ak, who convinces him to save their symbolic sibling Spider, the biological son of Miles Quaritch. Therefore, Lo'ak feels responsible for Neteyam's death, and Jake, whose headspace is also clouded by grief, blames his youngest son for his oldest son's death.

Kiri's backstory is a little more complicated, as she was gestated in Dr. Grace's avatar. However, it can be surmised that Kiri is around the same age as Lo'ak, making her either 13 or 14 years old. Tuktirey, or Tuk for short, is much harder to guess as there are really no clues given.
Lo'ak is old enough in Pandora to be a warrior and seems to be about 13 or 14 years old in Avatar: The Way of the Water given the time gap between Avatar and its sequel. It also appears that Neteyam and Lo'ak are close in age, so being a young 14-year-old would make sense.
Spider's Mother Is Paz Socorro (Revealed In Avatar Comics)
It has been confirmed through Avatar comics that Spider's mother is Paz Socorro. While Avatar: The Way of Water takes place a decade after the first movie, James Cameron's original sequel script did not have as big of a time jump.
The sequel introduced us to the extended Sully family, but they'll be missing a member in the third movie, as Neteyam (Jamie Flatters) was shot and killed during The Way of Water's dramatic climax.
Kiri is the inquisitive and intelligent adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri. Not long after Grace Augustine's death, her dormant avatar was discovered to be pregnant, and Jake and Neytiri adopted the child when she was born.

The seizure is believed to have been caused by frontal lobe epilepsy which could also cause the other symptoms Kiri has been having, including visions and the belief that she's hearing Eywa. However, the Metkayina clan believe it's down to something more spiritual and is a result of Kiri's connection to Eywa.
The Soul Tree is the heart of Eywa, the goddess that guides all of Pandora. Avatar: The Way of Water illustrates that Kiri has a special connection to Eywa, which means she can wield powers and feel her more deeply than other Na'vi.
Though there were some theories about Kiri being a reincarnation of Grace, that isn't quite the case. Instead, Kiri's origins are a little more complicated. She was naturally conceived and born of Dr. Grace's Na'vi avatar, adopted by Jake and Neytiri, and raised in the rainforest.
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Avatar 3 and its forthcoming sequels will be released in Dolby Vision. In December 2022, shortly after Avatar: The Way of Water was released, it was revealed that James Cameron's first cut of Avatar 3 had a running time of nine hours.
He learned their ways, forming a close bond with a tulkun named Payakan and Tsireya, daughter of the clan's leaders. After his escape from the SeaDragon thanks to Payakan, Lo'ak lost Neteyam while saving Spider, but was still able to save his father's life using The Way of Water.
The eldest child of Neytiri and Jake Sully, Neteyam te Suli Tsyeyk'itan is a natural athlete. Noble like his father, he is favored by the clan for his strong and confident demeanor. He cares greatly for his siblings, often being asked to look after them while his parents are gone.
Like the Chosen One in a different galaxy, Anakin Skywalker, Kiri has no father and is essentially born through supernatural means. This allows her to channel Eywa (or the Force, in Anakin's case) and perform amazing feats. Both also receive visions that may lead them down a path of fear and uncertainty.
Spider was shown to have grown a strong bond with Kiri, with many speculating that there could be a potential future romance between the pair, while his tumultuous relationship with Neytiri came to a dramatic head in the final moments of The Way of Water's climactic battle.
