Negative displays a degree of superhuman strength high enough to send Spider-Man flying through two buildings with a single blow. Mr. Negative also demonstrates superhuman reflexes during his battle with the Hood, dodging bullets or cutting them in half with his sword.
Strength: Mister Negative is extremely strong, being able to grapple and throw around Spider-Man with his bare hands. Durability: Mister Negative was unfazed by a pummelling of kicks and punches from Spider-Man and a several storey drop did not injure him.

Why is Venom weak to Mr. Negative?
Just like Brock in the comics, Mister Negative's energy bonds with a trace amount of Symbiote that remained in Peter and created the Anti-Venom. Instead of negating his powers, it instead restored his Symbiote abilities and made them toxic to Venom.
Mister Negative possessed the ability to generate and control a highly destructive electric negative energy. He typically uses this energy to project powerful blasts from his hands, or to charge up swords, combining his dark powers with his swordsmanship skills in battle.
Miles admitted that though he could never forgive Martin for killing his father, he didn't want to be consumed by his thirst for vengeance. Using his powers, Martin purges the Venom symbiote's control over Peter, inadvertently creating the Anti-Venom symbiote.
But to the underworld he is known as Mister Negative, an upstart crime boss in command of the fearsome Inner Demons and wielder of a dark energy that he uses to destroy anything or anyone standing in his way.
Being dogpiled by venom's thralls and nearly turned brought it out. In order to avoid Peter falling under its influence again, Mr. Negative used his powers to neutralize the symbiote disconnecting it from the hive mind and putting it entirely under Peter's control.
He compensates with enough heart to be heroic throughout the Powerless series, but as someone who's more man than spider, it should come as no surprise why he's the weakest "Spider-Man."
Like his namesake, Spider-Man's strength and agility stand far above those of the average human, allowing him to lift nearly 10 tons and to leap and move at incredible speeds with high accuracy. He also heals faster than normal when injured, though he is not completely immune to viruses and other human ailments.
After Venom infects New York with his symbiotes, Li helps Morales free Peter from trace amounts of Venom left behind in his body, turning it into Anti-Venom, before willingly turning himself over to the police.
Carnage has been featured in many different comics, including the awesome Carnage: Family Feud by Zeb Wells, which featured an even bigger Carnage joined by Shriek and a dog-like symbiote offspring. The reason Carnage ranks as the number one Spider-Man villain isn't just because of his power or his design.

In the comics Anti Venom was created when Mr Negative, Martin Li, cured Eddie Brock of his cancer which awakened latent symbiote abilities. In SM2, Harry is also sick, and Li was subjected to testing related to Devils Breath, which could mean he has some way to heal Harry.

In the comics it's stated that Peter has better stats. He's stronger, faster, tougher and has a better Spider-sense. Miles has more varied powers and it's not even very relevant since Peter has replicated all of his powers through tech.
His plan involved stealing Devil's Breath and unleashing it on New York, where Norman was now Mayor. He was eventually defeated by Peter Parker as Spider-Man, but not before killing Miles Morales' father in an attack.
But this isn't the comics. Earth 1048 Miles Morales is stronger and more capable than Earth 1048 Peter Parker, and was explicitly written this way to serve the story.
Devil's Breath was a powerful poison capable of killing anyone in the lineage of a specific DNA. Its formula was written down in the Tablet of Death and Entropy, an artifact sister to the Tablet of Life and Time. The tablet was acquired by mob boss Mister Negative as part of his plan to cripple the Maggia.
Miles Morales appears as the protagonist in the Spider-Verse film series, voiced by Shameik Moore. This version obtained his powers after being bitten by a genetically modified radioactive spider created by the Alchemax of Earth-42, which was transported to his universe by the Kingpin's collider.
