Speaking to Variety on the film's extremely convincing sex scenes, Cierlica made it clear that it was all fake. “We didn't want to create porn, but at the same time, we wanted to do justice to the book that is pretty full of very intimate and passionate sex descriptions,” said the cinematographer.
Laura and Nacho don't actually have sex, although she sure does fantasize about it. That's because, like “Fifty Shades of Grey,” “365 Days” is a conservative daydream.
Nacho tells her that even though he had lied to her as part of the plot against Massimo, he really had fallen in love with her, and the two end up having sex.

At that moment she falls in love with him as a montage illustrates by the various sex scenes on the yacht. Massimo allows Laura to visit her family in Warsaw. He tells her he loves her and will join her after finishing up business. In Warsaw, Laura waits for Massimo for days with no contact.

Did Massimo and Laura actually do it?
The scenes turned out to be so convincing that several viewers mistakenly thought the lead actors really had sex on set and the actors had to personally shoot down the speculation. Before he got the script for this movie, Michele Morrone had given up on his film and television career.
Laura kisses Nacho. He then confesses his love for her and drives her to a random house that may or may not be his. They have a dramatic conversation on the beach that quickly leads to sex…on the beach. Nacho reveals that he saved Massimo's life because Laura loves him.
The book ends with Laura choosing to be with Nacho, but that is after Massimo holds her against her will, drugs her and tries to get her pregnant. It's not really a surprise she escaped with Nacho in that scenario. The epilogue shows they have a daughter together, while Massimo has given up and agreed to a divorce.
Laura eventually manages to escape him by seducing him and leaving when he lets his guard down. In the epilogue, Laura and Nacho eventually get engaged and have a daughter together.
It's revealed that although she survived the accident, she unfortunately lost her baby as a result. They get married, but it doesn't take long for cracks to show as Massimo reverts to his old ways and Laura refuses to go along with all of his demands.
Since around May of 2023, dozens of posts about a 365 Days 4 coming to Netflix have surfaced on Facebook and gone viral. One of the biggest accrued tens of thousands of likes and shares. Only, it's not true. There is currently no plans for a 365 Days 4.
When Laura catches Adriano and Anna hooking up, she believes she's catching Massimo red-handed. She spends a short period of time feeling heartbroken and devastated by what she believes she saw. It turns out Massimo never cheated on her, and it was simply a case of mistaken identity.
Cliffhanger: The first two novels end on these: 365 Days ends with Massimo trying to call off the wedding and send Laura away, believing his lifestyle is too dangerous for her. Laura protests and reveals she's pregnant with his child, with the book ending before we see Massimo's reaction.
Massimo is still a mafia boss and still guilty of kidnapping, coercion, and a host of other criminal charges, but viewers can rest assured that he is no cheater.
Not only does the scene see both Massimo and Nacho obsessing over Laura in bed, but the two men both share their own kiss, too. After catching the scene, fans rushed to social media to discuss what they had just witnessed. "Who has seen the new 365 Days?" one viewer asked their followers.
This drives a wedge between the duo, resulting in Laura eventually sleeping with Nacho while she is in Portugal on business. Massimo offers Laura space to work out what's best for her, she fantasizes about a threesome between her, Nacho, and Massimo, visits her parents, and eventually returns to Massimo.
Following this, Nacho takes Laura back to his father's home in Spain, where she quickly begins to develop feelings for him. This occurs quite differently in the books as Nacho instead kidnaps Laura and holds her hostage.
After the shooting, an uneasy truce is agreed between the two sides. Massimo is angry after the death of his brother and tells his rivals to leave. Adriano is dead while Laura is alive. In fact, Laura has fully recovered from her gunshot wound last movie, and beyond a few mentions it's never brought up again.
Or maybe it's a film about severe Stockholm Syndrome. It's kind of hard to tell. Basically, Massimo (Michele Morrone) becomes obsessed with Laura (Anna-Maria Sieklucka) after seeing her on the beach on the same day that his father was killed by a rival gang.
On the car ride to the airport, Domenico, another one of Massimo's mafiosos, tried to reassure a nervous Laura that Anna won't hurt her but gets a phone call, tells Laura to wait in Warsaw, and rushes away. In Warsaw, Laura waits for Massimo for days with no contact.

Apparently, from what I've heard the book 3 of 365 days was Laura falling in love with Nacho again her cheating with Massimo but then fast forward to the end, at Domenico and Olga's wedding, Massimo brought a girl.
