After the rest of her pack is killed by the hybrid, Blue joins a battle between a T. rex (Rexy) and the Indominus, who is then killed by a Mosasaurus. Blue is free to roam the island after staff and visitors evacuate, leaving her as the world's last surviving raptor.
In 2018, Charlie, as already stated to be blown up by a missile, was confirmed dead, alongside Echo and Delta. Blue is the last surviving raptor of the pack. The only time she, Echo, and Delta are shown alive, is in a video of her and her pack being trained by Owen as infants at the beginning of the movie.
Other than birds, however, there is no scientific evidence that any dinosaurs, such as Tyrannosaurus, Velociraptor, Apatosaurus, Stegosaurus, or Triceratops, are still alive. These, and all other non-avian dinosaurs became extinct at least 65 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous Period.
Trivia. It is revealed that Blue and Rexy are in a symbiotic relationship which is where two species of animals take care of each other and receive a benefit from the relationship.
After the fight, Rexy decides to spare Blue, as gratitude for saving her life, despite her unpleasant encounter with Velociraptors in the past. Blue then turned towards Owen, chirping at him momentarily before disappearing into the night.

When Robert Muldoon is killed by the velociraptor, no one was there, so no one knew what happened to him. So if he'd lived, and was just been too injured to rejoin the rest, he'd have been left behind when they finally evacuated.
Velociraptors are social animals by nature, and Blue is no exception. Her superior skills allowed her to take the position of beta over her younger sisters; she sought to be the pride's alpha, but her father figure Owen Grady maintained a superior position to her.
Charlie was one of the Velociraptors that are being trained by Owen Grady that appears as a major character in Jurassic World. She meets her end when she was blown up by an InGen Security Trooper after turning on the humans during the assault on the Indominus rex.
While Jurassic World established that the Raptors, Mosasaur and Indominus are female, we do know that there were also males, and controlled breeding, like in today's zoos.
