George "Digger" Harkness AKA Captain Boomerang is a super-villain in the DC universe. While primarily an enemy of the Flash, Digger is also a major recurring member of the Suicide Squad and an occasional enemy to Batman and Robin.
An Aussie marksman with an unmatched talent for his namesake weapon, Captain Boomerang has enjoyed two careers—as the Flash's enemy and a member of the Suicide Squad. It's not uncommon for super-villains to have self-explanatory names, but Captain Boomerang might take the cake.
His interactions with the Flash, his arch-nemesis, showcase a classic hero-villain rivalry, marked by mutual respect and antagonism. In the New 52 story arcs, Captain Boomerang's involvement with the Suicide Squad is a significant aspect of his character development.

Grodd was an inhabitant of Gorilla City, a peaceful society of super-intelligent gorillas of which Grodd was the only evil one. A mastermind in his early years with vast mental powers, he has become more savage and stronger recently, to the point where he wants to "feast on the bones" of the Flash.
Barry's first case saw him going up against the Slowest Man on Earth: the Turtle Man, aka the Turtle. The super-villain, who debuted in 1956 in Showcase #4 at the same time as Barry Allen, was somewhat of an antithesis to the Flash, in that he was the counter-balance to the hero's speed.
Mental Disorder: According to his psych profile, Captain Boomerang was a deranged lunatic, likely due to his stepfather subjecting him to abuse and cruelty.
Blockbuster. Most fans often consider Blockbuster to be Nightwing's archenemy. Roland Desmond is actually the second character to assume the Blockbuster identity. Blockbuster is a criminal mastermind who took a strength-inducing steroid that turned him into a hulking and terrifying golem.
Shay Lamden, also better known as King Shark, is a supporting character in the TV series The Flash. He hails from Earth-2 and was sent by Zoom to kill Barry Allen. After failing in killing the Flash, King Shark was imprisoned at an A.R.G.U.S. facility but eventually escaped and returned to fight the Flash once more.
King Shark also known as Nanaue and Trixie is a super-villain known to clash heads with Batman and is a recurring member of the Suicide Squad as-well as former member of the Secret Six.
Christopher Smith, better known as Peacemaker, is the secondary antagonist of the 2021 DC Extended Universe film The Suicide Squad and the titular main protagonist of its 2022 streaming spin-off series Peacemaker.
His origin has been definitely given as son of the Shark God, due to the new Aquaman book being more magic-based than previous incarnations. It also appears that he will be a major character from now on: in fact, he has currently started acting as an unwilling caretaker for Arthur Joseph Curry.
Aquaman is strong enough to fight with Superman and Wonder Woman, yet King Shark is usually unphased by Aquaman's strength. Alternatively, King Shark has certainly been able to hurt Aquaman with his own punches. It's fair to say that he's a worthy foe.
Flash doesn't hate Peter. In fact, shortly after they both meet Harry, the three of them all become friends (though it takes Peter and Flash a bit longer). Flash bullied Peter in high school (because he was being bullied at home), but as he matured he grew out of that.
He replicated the accident that gave the Flash his powers, but was driven insane and became obsessed with ruining the Flash's life upon learning that he was destined to become his greatest enemy–the Reverse-Flash. Fueled by jealousy and hatred, Thawne travels throughout time to torment and destroy the Flash's life.
