Charlie was created by InGen as an attraction for the IBRIS Project. She is the youngest of the park's Velociraptor pack consisting of Blue, Delta, and Echo. Her skin pattern is the result of using Green Iguana DNA in him genetic coding. At her birth, Owen Grady imprinted on her and trained her along with her siblings.
It was not specifically mentioned in Jurassic WORLD that they were still all female, but Indominus and the Rexy the park veteran T-rex were both female. Owen's raptors, Blue, Charlie, Delta, Echo are also all female.

Beta is a juvenile Velociraptor and the offspring of Blue, who made her debut in Jurassic World: Dominion. Henry Wu explains that Beta was born asexually due to the monitor lizard DNA in Blue's genetic makeup.
In 2018, Charlie, as already stated to be blown up by a missile, was confirmed dead, alongside Echo and Delta. Blue is the last surviving raptor of the pack. The only time she, Echo, and Delta are shown alive, is in a video of her and her pack being trained by Owen as infants at the beginning of the movie.
Blue was never the Alpha of the Velociraptor pack commonly known as “Raptor Squad”. At every point in the movie Jurassic World (2015), Blue served as the Beta, acting as a sort of second-in-command to the pack's alpha. The position of alpha changed a few times throughout the course of the movie.
In her youth, she battled Blue for control of the park's Velociraptor pack, but Blue was the victor. Echo gained a scar across her face from the encounter and her jaw became permanently offset. Due to her permanent sneer, some of the Jurassic World dinosaur handlers nicknamed her "Elvis".
He is shown to be very serious about his career as he was willing to take a calculated risk and put himself in danger to fund the dig site he was working at by stealing Velociraptor eggs, thinking that they would be worth a fortune enough to fund his and Grant's dig site for another decade.
The only specimen with a confirmed gender (female) is MOR 1125 or “B. Rex” if you want to call her that, it had also been argued that there's no sexual dimorphism between rexes an the size and the robustness of a T.
While Jurassic World established that the Raptors, Mosasaur and Indominus are female, we do know that there were also males, and controlled breeding, like in today's zoos.
Thanks to the Indominus rex having the DNA of a tree dart frog within her, it is possible that she can change her gender, though what her gender was before her death is unclear.

Before she had Beta, it could've been that Blue had disregarded the pair's history, and she was ready to move on, as most animals do. But Jurassic World Dominion proved that Blue was still a special creature who knew Owen was important to her.

Sadly, the three died, and Blue was the only survivor. After this, Delta, Echo, and Charlie were cloned and introduced to Blue. Each raptor had the DNA of other animals in their genes with Blue having Black-throated monitor lizard, Charlie having Green Iguana, and Delta having the DNA of birds.
This means that it was Delta that was tazed. In the Jurassic World Special Edition Junior Novelization Delta is the first raptor of the Jurassic World Velociraptor Pack to die instead of Charlie. Furthermore, due to her death in the novelization, Echo is the one that kills Hoskins instead of Delta.
Jurassic World may have been originally imagined as a trilogy, but the franchise isn't extinct yet. A fourth film in the sequel series to Jurassic Park has been green-lit ahead of a summer 2025 release. It will be the seventh blockbuster in the franchise overall, and the first since 2022's Jurassic World: Dominion.
