Frozen 2 is a completely kid-friendly movie, as the first film was, but just like with Frozen, there are a few small moments during its runtime that parents should be aware of before their young kids sit down to watch it.
It isn't recommended for children under five years. We recommend parental guidance up to eight years, because some children aged 5-8 years might find some scenes and characters disturbing, especially in the 3D version.
Frozen II is rated PG by the MPAA for action/peril and some thematic elements. Violence: A battle is briefly shown and men fight with swords and shields. No injuries are seen.

Who did Elsa kiss?
Elsa and Ennis share their first kiss in Episode 4 while guarding the cattle herd, right before Elsa's father, James catches them. It's a sweet, relatively innocent moment for the budding young couple, and that innocence is maintained throughout the night.
Anna has her kiss with Kristoff – and is in no hurry to get engaged this time. Taking her place as Queen of Arendelle, Elsa opens the palace gates permanently and shares the beauty of her magic with her subjects.

Children respond to stories that employ magical realism, so Elsa—as a superhero with what one of our daughters (Maryam's) and her friends call “ice powers” (the ability to create a whole castle of snow and ice using only her fingers)—has special appeal.

There hasn't been any indication that Elsa will have a girlfriend in Frozen III. That said, some fans have theorized that Honeymaren, a member of the Northuldra tribe, will be Elsa's girlfriend in the next Frozen film. Honeymaren was introduced in Frozen II as a resident of the Enchanted Forest.
I mostly loved all the lyrics of Let It Go except the line "you'll never see me cry!" Elsa seemed maybe disconnected from her emotions and her true self here. She cried later on after embracing frozen Anna who saved her life, so she perhaps didn't know herself as well as she thought she did?.
