Gamora is the adopted daughter of Thanos, and the last of her species. Her powers include superhuman strength and agility and an accelerated healing factor. She also is an elite combatant, being able to beat most of the opponents in the galaxy.
Gamora is the last of her species, the Zen-Whoberis, who were exterminated by the Badoon (a reptilian alien species). As a child, she was found by Thanos after he annihilated her home planet.
Because she does not have a history with the Guardians, she does not reunite with them at the end of Endgame. Instead, she starts her own journey while Peter Quill is left mourning his dead girlfriend despite the existence of another version of Gamora in his universe.

Is groot more powerful than Gamora?
Gamora is agile, hits hard, and shows no mercy, making her a real powerhouse among the Guardians. She's not as tough as Groot and Drax, but her exceptional skill makes her harder to hit, and she can use blades and firearms with equal skill in any battle.
On his ship, Thanos showed Gamora that he had captured Nebula when she had attempted to kill him. He tortured her in front of Gamora, until Gamora revealed the information she had kept from him—that she knew that the Soul Stone was located on the planet Vormir.
Trivia. It is most likely that Nebula is younger than Gamora because of her younger sibling-like behaviour. Zoe Saldana has said the relationship between Gamora and Nebula is her favorite aspect of Guardians of the Galaxy, and hits close to home for her, having sisters of her own.

However, Red Skull saw his true intentions, informing Gamora that Thanos was, in fact, weeping for Gamora, as he truly loved her as a daughter, and was heartbroken that he had to sacrifice her to get the Soul Stone. Disbelieving, Gamora could not comprehend that Thanos ever showed genuine love for her.
In the MCU, the Reality Stone (at least by itself) is little more than a glorified illusion device. Thanos can disassemble Drax and Mantis and show Doctor Strange a vision of Titan in the planet's prime, but the effects are temporary.
Quill had left Earth behind when he became the new Emperor of Spartax and protected the galaxy as Star-Lord. He married L'ssa after he took the throne, and they had two children named Meredith and Jason after Quill's parents.
Gamora- Who Would Win? The problem for him in a fight with Gamora is that she is probably a better fighter than him and she has enhanced abilities. Batman is a pretty savvy guy who can work out a way to win in most situations, so he always has a chance. Just not a good one in this case.
3, Peter Quill and Gamora do not end up in a relationship with each other. Gamora says she bets the other Gamora and Peter Quill were great together, and he agrees.
