Harry and friends are beginning to grow up in this book. There are a few hints about hormones and girl-boy relationships, though far less than would be expected from typical books about 14-year-olds. People of all ages can enjoy the Harry Potter series. It's a classic for a reason, and will continue to be as long as there are people who love reading. The books are smart, funny and full of adventure, which makes them appropriate for literally any age.
