Jack Frost is the titular main antagonist of the 1997 horror comedy film of the same name, and its 2000 sequel Jack Frost 2: Revenge of the Mutant Killer Snowman. Jack Frost was a serial killer and rapist who was transformed into a living snowman via chemical waste - he is a parody of horror movie monsters in general.
Jack Frost is mentioned in many songs – such as the wintertime song "The Christmas Song" (aka "Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire") – and movies. He has been presented as a villain in some media and a hero in others.
He is a sadistic serial killer and cold-hearted rapist who transformed into a snowman due to a chemical and went on a murderous rampage intending on getting revenge on Sam Tiler for locking him up.
Jack Frost is a mischievous teenage hellion who has no interest in being bound by rules or obligations, and rather instead favors spreading his winter magic for the sake of the personal amusement of himself and children. Despite these traits, Jack is also gentle and generous.
His purpose, is to spread the feelings of fun, joy, and happiness to bolster the faith that children around the world had in the Guardians. Even before he officially became a Guardian, Jack displayed some pride in what he does, particularly the Snow Days he makes for children to have fun.
Personality. Jack Frost was extremely manipulative, cunning and evil for freezing Lucy's parents, or freezing Hawaii, and causing mischief. Jack was referred to as willful, malicious and obstreperous, which he referred to as "skillful and delicious".
Bunnymund greatly dislikes Jack Frost due to an incident known as the Blizzard of '68. Beyond it occurring on Easter Sunday, this blizzard and why it caused Bunnymund to hate Jack is unknown, but at the time of the movie, many years later, Bunnymund still held a grudge over it.
Jack and Kristoff are often portrayed as the sisters' boyfriends with Kristoff being Anna's boyfriend while Jack is Elsa's boyfriend. They're not seen interacting with each other. They're often seen as friends.

Overall score. Jack wins hands down. Elsa doesn't stand a sliver of a chance. Not only by this power scale but he also has the additional ability to fly in order to get around her AND he is also immune to the frozen heart.
On the Rise of the Guardians App, it states: "Jack Frost has been around for over 300 years, but he is forever trapped at the age of 18." However, the author of the original Guardians of Childhood series, William Joyce, has said in interviews that Jack is "14", comparing him to Peter Pan.
In the Abyss Tower instance accessed through the alternate Shinjuku Babel, Jack Frost can be encountered as a solo-only boss. This version is massively weak to almost all elements, but is one of the highest HP bosses in the game with over ten million HP.
It then cuts to Jack ushering his sister to stay still, who was standing on the thin and cracked ice of the pond. He persuades her to think of the situation as a game of hopscotch and to slowly move inch by inch. Jack saves her and instead accidentally maneuvers himself onto the same cracked surface.
