Summaries. Thomas is deposited in a community of boys after his memory is erased, soon learning they're all trapped in a maze that will require him to join forces with fellow "runners" for a shot at escape. Thomas wakes up in a strange elevator, with memories lost and no idea what is going to happen.
Teresa. A teenage girl and sole female resident of the Glade. At first unconscious and known only as “the girl,” the Gladers are struck by her incredible beauty, noting her fair skin, dark hair, and blue eyes. Once Teresa regains consciousness, she demonstrates strength, intelligence, confidence, and fearlessness.
It's all a big test. They did experiments on how they would all react; that is why they have group A all boys to see how they react to the Glade and Teresa and grour B all girls to see how they react to the Glade and Aris.
In The Maze Runner, Thomas arrives in the Glade – home to fifty boys and surrounded on all sides by giant stone walls. Four doors in the walls lead into the Maze, a gigantic labyrinth where dangerous Grievers roam every night.
The author never states that any of the characters are explicitly Lgbtq+. There isn't much romance anyway though, and only two real couples. The reason you may be confused is many people do believe that the main character (Thomas) is bi. He is shipped with Newt, and Minho.

Thomas tells the Keepers that he and Teresa were manipulated into designing the Maze because they share the gift of telepathy. He convinces the others that he and Teresa are now in as much danger as them, but he knows the way out. Thomas tells them in order to escape, they have to jump through the Griever Hole.
I'd recommend this series to readers 12 and older. Also, it is mostly appropriate for young readers. There is no profanity or sex, but there is a large amount of violence and gore, especially in The Scorch Trials, The Death Cure, and The Kill Order.
Wicked wanted to find a cure for a diseases called flare so they put all the immunes in the maze and threw variables to check their brain patterns which will lead them to the cure.
This movie has several violent and disturbing scenes, so it's most suited to older teenagers and young adults. It isn't recommended for children under 13 years, and we recommend parental guidance for children aged 13-15 years.
What do the boys call themselves in The Maze Runner?
They all live in the glade and call themselves Gladers. None of them can remember anything about their pasts or why they were sent there, but after a few days their names come back to them. Each boy is given a different job. Some are builders, some are runners.
It is eventually revealed that Thomas' blood contains a unique enzyme that can destroy the Flare virus [2]. In "The Death Cure" film, Teresa, one of the main characters, uses a small fragment of Thomas' blood and observes under a microscope that it snaps a dark-red vein with the virus in it, effectively killing it [2].
Personality. While one of the main protagonists of the first film and the second film, Teresa steps up to the role of anti-villain in the climax of the second film, when she allies with WCKD but in the third film she re-allies with Thomas and his friends and becomes a protagonist once again.
At the movie mid-time, a scene taking place in a club with some teens and young adults wearing sensual outfits are dancing close together. Many of them are shown in a stupor. At the club, a teen boy and girl characters were slightly inebriated, kiss passionately that lasts for seconds.
Gally is alive in Maze Runner: The Death Cure because he was rescued and saved after The Maze Runner's ending. Although the Gladers thought that he was already dead, Gally confirms that they left him to die. It was after they left that another group stumbled across the maze and laboratory and found Gally still inside.

Newt reveals that the reason WCKD put him in the Maze was because they wanted to tell the difference between immunes like Thomas and people like himself. Thomas tells Newt that he can cure him.
James Dashner confirmed that Newt is gay. Not quite sure how to feel about this. I'm totally on board if that's how he imagined him from the start, but if he just did it to please the fans, then I'm not sure that was the best decision... Possible trigger warning?
Assistant Director Janson, also known as simply Janson or the Rat Man in the books, is the main antagonist of The Maze Runner franchise. He was the highest-ranking official in the organization WICKED under Chancellor Ava Paige's command.
Thomas and Teresa share several kisses during the story. Brenda kisses Thomas' cheek. She pulls his head toward her to try and kiss his lips, but he pulls away. Aris and Teresa share several kisses, which spark Thomas' jealousy.
