In his comic book appearances, Mysterio is the alias of Quentin Beck, a former special effects artist, illusionist and actor who turns to crime. He is one of the superhero Spider-Man's most enduring enemies and belongs to the collective of adversaries that make up his rogues gallery.
Though he does have some comedic moments, his actions are still played seriously. While many other MCU villains had more scale in the magnitude of destruction that they cause, Mysterio stands out for his lesser resources and his personal villainy towards Peter.
Once Beck had control of E.D.I.T.H. , he wired her into his system and through her, gained control of the Stark Industries defense satellite. Through this, Beck now had access to the Stark Industries Combat Drones housed in it, greatly amplifying the scale and capability of his illusions.

Who killed Uncle Ben?
Ben was killed when a burglar was robbing their house. Ben accidentally surprised him causing the burglar to shoot him. His death sparked the transformation of Peter Parker into Spider-Man. He once returned for five minutes as part of a birthday present from Doctor Strange for Peter Parker.

Mysterio, on his own, was not that powerful. However, he had a lot of things at his disposal to become one of the most dangerous supervillains that Spider-Man ever faced. Mysterio had the brains to create some of the greatest special effects that kept everyone off balance.
Joe and Beck have sex again, this time much to Beck's satisfaction. Peach continues to be suspicious of Joe, who seeks a way to neutralize her. Peach makes a show of introducing Beck to a famous literary agent, but when he hits on Beck and tells her the negative things Peach said about her, Beck blows up at Peach.
Severe bruising around her neck revealed that Joe choked her to death. “You hurt me,” her ghost said. “Look at me, Joe,” she continued, as she removed her scarf to expose her scars. Beck's death in the book version of You, written by Caroline Kepnes, is similar to that in the Netflix series.
Thanos then teleports to Wakanda and encounters resistance from the Avengers and their allies. He makes his way to Vision, so Wanda Maximoff kills Vision in order to destroy the Mind Stone. However, Thanos uses the Time Stone to undo it and gains the Mind Stone, killing Vision.
As he lay dying, he tried one last illusion to kill Peter that ultimately failed, and Mysterio was left to die on the floor with E.D.I.T.H. confirming his body was real. But even though the scene seemed airtight, key moments may have proven this was all part of a grand return for Mysterio.
You'll see, Peter. People... they need to believe. And nowadays... they'll believe anything. Mysterio's last words to Spider-Man, foreshadowing the latter's identity being revealed to the world.
Why did Peter stop Peter from killing Green Goblin?
By preventing Tom Holland's Peter from killing the Green Goblin in what would be an almost identical scene to the one in Spider-Man's, Tobey Maguire's Peter not only fixed his failure of not previously saving Norman, but also prevented Holland's from falling down a dark path.
As Green Goblin, Osborn became the first great enemy of Spider-Man. Both alters eventually discovered that Spider-Man's identity was Parker and became enemies with Mary Jane Watson. In their final battle, he was accidentally impaled and killed by his own Goblin Glider.
Although the Green Goblin was an excellent foe and actually had a connection to Aunt May before he killed her, the initial execution of her passing might have seen an even darker version of Spider-Man arise than what was seen during his final battle with the Goblin.
