Following Ghidorah's death, he challenges Godzilla briefly, before ultimately submitting to him. These occasions demonstrate Rodan's loyalty and obedience towards a Titan that has established themselves as the alpha such as Ghidorah and Godzilla.
Godzilla has a diverse set of allies, including Rodan, Mothra, and King Caesar, who aid him in battles against powerful threats. While Godzilla is known for one-on-one showdowns, he has needed help from other kaiju and sometimes even faced multiple villains.

Rodan (ラドン, Radon?) of the MonsterVerse, also dubbed Titanus Rodan, is a giant flying pterosaur-like daikaiju created by Legendary Pictures that first appeared in the 2019 film, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, serving as a major antagonist.

Both monsters were eventually killed by the Chinese bioweapon Hedorah, which left behind their skeletal remains and proceeded to lay waste to the surrounding area.
Ghidorah is Godzilla's greatest foe, and it isn't close. This alien creature sports three deadly serpent-like heads, it can fly, and it's capable of withstanding everything Godzilla can throw at it. Though Godzilla manages to win in the end, it's usually by the closest of margins.

Like everyone said in they're answers Anguirus is Godzilla's best friend and closest ally. He first appeared in 1955 Godzilla Raids again with him and Godzilla starting out as enemies.
So Godzilla went into hiding for a while so he can recharge his body which could take centuries due to his size and power. In the past the Oxygen destroyer killed older versions of Godzilla in 1954, and in 1995 by Destryah. But this version of Godzilla is just too tough for that to happen again.

In films that depict Godzilla as an aggressor, we rarely know why Godzilla is angry enough to invade Tokyo. Presumably, he is provoked by war, pollution, industrialization, and of course, the dropping of the A-bomb. Loud noises, bad smells, and humanity's general disregard for the natural world invoke his wrath.
