“Scream 6” rides the momentum of the previous film and ups the ante in every way. It's funnier, scarier and much much bloodier. If you aren't a fan of gore, walk into this film with some caution. The kills are more frequent and take up more screen time than ever before.
While this slasher sequel is bogged down by complicated lore and is far more brutal than it is actually scary, the strong characters and an effective mystery come together to make it a cut above.
The stakes have never been higher for Ghostface victims than on Scream VI, which is by far the bloodiest installment in the beloved slasher franchise. Ghostface is relentless in the new movie and even the characters who manage to get out alive will be left scarred for life.

Campbell hasn't ultimately said goodbye to Sidney and the Scream movies, so if the studio agrees to pay her fairly, it's likely she would return as a character for Scream 7. New characters might be at the center of the current Scream story, but Campbell will always be the face of the franchise.

What ages can watch this one? If they are horror fans and have been exposed to other horror movies like Halloween, Smile, etc, then we think they can handle Scream 6 as young as 15 and up. There are not any overt nudity or sex scenes which may make this one ok for teens younger than 17.
