The Spider-Verse trilogy doesn't have any direct involvement with the Marvel Studios, and thus stands largely apart from the MCU. However, given that the MCU is in the middle of its Multiverse Saga, Marvel Studios partnering with Sony doesn't sound out of the question.
Is Spider-Verse in the same multiverse as the MCU?

Donald Glover portrays Aaron Davis/Prowler in a live-action role as a multiversal anomaly who is displaced from his universe in the Sony Pictures Animation film Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Why doesn t Disney Plus have Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse?
Is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse streaming on Disney Plus? Eventually, yes — but not yet. Sony has a deal with Disney for movies released between 2022 and 2026, which includes Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. This deal, combined with Sony's deal with Netflix puts Sony films on Disney Plus after Netflix.
Officially all of the live action series that Marvel Television did (other then the X-Men related stuff) is canon to the MCU. So yeah, Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter, Inhumans, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Defenders, Punisher, Runaways, Cloak and Dagger, and even Helstrom.
