The Enterprise-E is a Sovereign class starship, launched in 2372 from the San Francisco Fleet Yards under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, and most of the key officers from the Enterprise-D.
Whether the fate of the E gets revealed through a line of dialogue or depicted on screen in its full glory, hopefully, the question will be answered someday. For now, all we know is what Star Trek: Picard told us — the Enterprise-E is no more and, whatever happened, it was definitely not Worf's fault.
The Enterprise-E was never destroyed onscreen, but Star Trek: Picard season 3 revealed Captain Worf (Michael Dorn) took command after Jean-Luc Picard's promotion to Admiral. The Enterprise-E was subsequently lost in a mysterious event that Worf claims was not his fault.
However, when revealing that he rebuilt Enterprise-D, Geordi says, “And obviously, we can't use the Enterprise-E.” This statement seems to imply that Enterprise-E was destroyed. Additionally, it seems it was so badly destroyed that it was beyond fixing, leaving Geordi to work on Enterprise-D instead.
According to the Star Trek: Picard Logs, the Enterprise-E was involved in a classified mission and was out of service by 2386 to make way for the new Enterprise-F.
According to the Star Trek: Picard Logs , the Enterprise was involved in an incident at Kriilar Prime which resulted in Worf permanently damaging the ship as well as Worf leaving the Enterprise E shortly afterwards.
By the time of Star Trek: Picard, Worf has become a subcontractor for Starfleet Intelligence, having attained the rank of Captain and briefly commanded the Enterprise-E beforehand.
The Enterprise-H was originally the USS Endurance (NX-90000). After the loss of the USS Enterprise-G, the Endurance was renamed Enterprise. The novel Preserver by William Shatner, Judith Reeves-Stevens and Garfield Reeves-Stevens suggested that the USS Enterprise-E was capable of separating.
Worf became the captain. He returned to the Enterprise-E after serving on DS9 and time with the Klingons. This supposed to be canon because for one there were some plans for Star Trek : Captain Worf before Star Trek:Picard got green lit instead.

What is the difference between Enterprise-E and D?
The Enterprise-D is a peacetime cruise ship, which is fine for week-to-week adventures where you're attending trombone recitals or getting de-aged or quietly contemplating the nature of sentience. The Enterprise-E is for cinematic world-saving, built by a Starfleet that was being squeezed by the Dominion and the Borg.
The timeline only mentioned that the Enterprise-E left service around 2408, but its ultimate fate was unclear; however, by 2409, a new Odyssey-class (β) vessel was christened Enterprise (β) (NCC-1701-F), implying that her predecessor was decommissioned or destroyed.
The USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-D) was a Federation Galaxy-class starship operated by Starfleet, and the fifth Federation vessel to bear the name. The Enterprise served from 2363 to 2371 as the Federation flagship, under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard.

In "Sons of Mogh", she becomes aware of and subsequently warns Captain Sisko of Worf's attempt to kill his brother Kurn, and in "Soldiers of the Empire", Worf and she go on a tense mission aboard a Klingon ship. Jadzia Dax eventually married Worf and joined him as a member of the Klingon House of Martok.

Is Kathryn Janeway from Star Trek: Voyager actually a great captain? That's a negative, she never served on the Enterprise. It's possible she served on a Galaxy Class ship on her way up through the ranks, but not much mention of her service record is revealed in Star Trek Voyager.
