Flash bends the laws of physics by using speed, while Sentry achieves high speeds by rewriting the laws of physics. Whether the Sentry can outrace Flash or not, he's certainly the fastest hero in Marvel history, and his brief use of the Death Speed pushed him so far, even the gods couldn't keep up.

Marvel officially has a new fastest hero: Mallory Gibbs' Solarus. Solarus just inherited the full powers of the Sentry, becoming faster than Quicksilver and Captain Marvel. Sentry's powers rewrite the laws of physics, allowing the wielder to fly "many times the speed of light."
Shazam can fly at the speed of light, which makes him faster than almost any other hero, but both Barry Allen and Wally West are able to move at speeds faster than light, meaning that while they would have to push themselves, at least two Flashes are faster than Shazam.

While it is fairly obvious that the Flash could run circles around Thanos under normal circumstances as his powers make him virtually untouchable, there wouldn't be much the Scarlet Speedster could do if he was around for Thanos' Infinity Snap as there is no way to outrun the god-like power of cosmic chance.
In the comics, Godspeed is a few notches faster than Barry Allen as shown in the above photo where he struggled to keep up with him. The only way Barry was able to stop the villainous speedster was to "short-circuit" both their connections to the Speed Force, which temporarily cuts off their super speed.

Goku is probably stronger than Thor at full power, but that's debatable. Both of them have amazing energy powers at similar levels, but the Thorforce is a more powerful source of power than Goku's Saiyan genes. Mjolnir is an amazing weapon and Thor is a master of it, giving Thor more combat options than Goku.
Flash wouldn't really be able to hurt the Juggernaut with any of his attacks and at first, Juggernaut wouldn't be able to hit the Flash. However, at some point, the two men would end up running at each other and, well, nothing stops the Juggernaut.
At base levels — i.e. the levels of power that Wally and Superman have both showed when it comes to foot speed — Wally would take the race. With Superman's newly enhanced power, he'd likely win. But if there were no rules against how Wally used the Speed Force, then Wally would win.
The fight might be close, but Spider-Man would have a difficult time slowing down the Flash enough to beat him. Spider-Man definitely has a chance to land a few good blows, but the Flash is just too fast and unpredictable for him to beat.
Fans often wonder who is faster, Sonic or Flash. Whether it's Barry Allen or Wally West, The Flash is the fastest speedster in the DC universe. Of course, Sonic the Hedgehog is the fastest being in his video game universe and he would make other speedsters jealous.
The Flash is faster - and it ain't even close. Quicksilver's top speed is Mach 10 - a little slower than 8000 miles per hour. This makes him one of the fastest beings in the Marvel universe, with only the likes of Marvel's heaviest hitters (Sentry, Blue Marvel, etc.) being able to eclipse Pietro in terms of raw speed.
On their own, both these noble heroes are capable of beating incredible forces. But for all Shazam's power, he does not match Thor's experience in using the more arcane elements of his abilities.
