Mary Cooper uses Thomas' blood to successfully save her from what seemed inevitable. Brenda is the only character known to have been cured, though it is implied that Thomas could have saved his close friend and fellow Glader, Newt, as well.
Straying away from the novel that doesn't offer a cure in the end, Teresa comes up with an antidote in the movie. Observing a sample of Thomas' blood under the microscope, Teresa is able to confirm that it can destroy the Flare Virus.
It is eventually revealed that Thomas' blood contains a unique enzyme that can destroy the Flare virus [2]. The epilogue is narrated by Paige. She reveals that after the catastrophic solar flares, the Flare was deliberately created and released by the government as a form of population control. However, the government and WICKED found themselves unable to control the plague.
Gally got through the same way the other Gladers got through. Gally used the small mechanical device that was found in the dead Griever body. We know this because when Gally appears at the end he is holding it.

He first gets angry with Thomas and then finally tells him that he is infected. In the book, Newt gives Thomas a note and tells him to read it “when the time is right.” In the film, it isn't until Newt dies when he gives Thomas a pendant that he later realises has a note hidden inside of it.

The only named people that I can find that reached the haven or whatever, the paradise at the end of the death cure, is Brenda, Jorge, Gally, Minho, Frypan, and presumingly Sonya unless she died fighting the WICKED people at the end.
After Thomas rescued the Immunes holed up in the Maze, they went through Chancellor Paige's Flat Trans and arrived at a paradise, where they are meant to live and repopulate the Earth, while the Flare-infected population dies off. The only known Gladers in Group A who are not immune were Newt, Winston, and Jackson.
Thomas agreed to the mission, but later became disillusioned with WCKD after witnessing the suffering of his friends in the glade. He resolved to rescue them from the maze, which led to his proposal of being sent into the glade as part of a plan to gather information and eventually rescue his friends [2].
The emotional intensity is definitely doubled up in the movie, establishing Teresa as a Thomas' one true love interest. Unlike Dashner's original story, the possibility of him dating Brenda is eliminated, and the audiences also get enough time to process the death of a character introduced right from the first movie.
