At the end of the film Gina herself suggests Tony must indeed want her because he can't stand for another man to be with her. Tony has a genuine look of confusion on his face and even asks what she's talking about. Therefore he likely did not have sexual feelings towards her.
In Scarface: The World Is Yours, Gina can be seen at the start of the game she is in Tony's office on the floor dead also when the B button, or circle buttion is pressed and Tony starts to talk to himself he will mention Gina saying he loves her and that she's his guardian angel.
