Dylan Brock is the son of Eddie Brock, Anne Weying, and the Venom symbiote. When Anne bonded to the Venom symbiote, the will of the Symbiote Hive caused her codex to incarnate into a human form, with the intent of having the ensuing human/symbiote hybrid destroy their god Knull.
More recently there was the canonical statement of Venom's that they love Eddie. Once the film was released fans were quick to create jokes about their relationship. Many comparing them to the demon possession vine, or how Venom became emotionally attached to Eddie. He got physically attached pretty quickly as well.
When a symbiote offspring of Eddie Brock, AKA Venom, merges with serial killer Cletus Kasady, the result is the nightmarish murdering menace known as Carnage!
In the comics, Anne Weying was bonded with Venom, which led her into becoming She-Venom. She was also married to Eddie Brock, unlike the the movies, where she was engaged with him before breaking up later on.

Who is Eddie Brock's girlfriend?
Anne Weying first met Eddie Brock while a law student at Empire State University, and fell in love with him after he falsely claimed to have saved her from a group of thugs. Anne and Eddie eventually married, and while he became a journalist for the Daily Globe she became a successful lawyer.
With the help of his symbiotic partner Venom, he discovered that he was pregnant. Venom took it upon himself to protect Eddie and the child growing within him, becoming more cautious and even more protective. Over time, Eddie's belly started to round and expand, giving away his pregnancy to the world.
Having bonded with the symbiote, the two became the being known as Venom. During this time, it spawned seven offspring and a clone; its first child later had three of its own, producing the symbiotes known as Carnage, Scream, Lasher, Phage, Agony, and Riot.
Symbiotes are asexual so they don't really get pregnant the ways humans due as they have a seed which is used to birth a newborn symbiote, and they could also can theoretical just split a small part of themselves to birth another symbiote but that more of a conscious way then what is typically of a symbiote.
Venom is an immortal extra-dimensional fragment of a destroyed hive-mind. Eddie Brock, on the other hand, is a simple man from New York City who is entirely mortal. This means that, while the Venom symbiote can heal Eddie's wounds, it can't stop him from aging. This is what ultimately does Eddie in.

The identity of the baby's father is not known to the reader for much of the novel, though it is eventually revealed that Essie's brother Caleb repeatedly raped her from age twelve and impregnated her.
Anne Weying is a lawyer who was engaged to Eddie Brock, only to lose her job from an incident with his interview with Carlton Drake. When Brock came back to her life after six months following their breakup, Weying gained a relationship with Dan Lewis, leading them to grow apart from each other.

After her marriage to Carl Brock, the two had a son named Eddie. Unfortunately, Jamie died at childbirth, which strained the relationship between Carl and Eddie.
But unfortunately she died of complications from giving birth to their first and only son, Eddie Brock. Her death lead Carl to be a cold and unloving father towards their son, only giving him half-hearted encouragement, whether it was doing well on his grades, or choosing a new career path.
