Consuming the revised Goblin formula, Harry takes up his father's mantle as the Green Goblin. The formula endows Harry with enhanced intelligence, and superhuman strength, that allows him to lift 10 tons. He also gains superhuman speed, reflexes, endurance, and healing.
Harry Osborn first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #31 (December 1965), and was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. In The Amazing Spider-Man #122 (July 1973), Harry's father, Norman, is killed off, and a subplot leading to Harry inheriting his father's identity as the Green Goblin is introduced.
In the Spider-Man (2002) game, Harry Goblin is playable as the Green Goblin (Norman Goblin's original suit), making him the only Goblin to become both Goblins but the game isn't canon since Harry didn't discover his father was the Green Goblin until the end of the second movie.

Who does Harry Osborn become?
Swearing revenge on Spider-Man, Harry became the new Green Goblin after inheriting Oscorp from his father. Harry suffered a concussion which caused convenient amnesia, making him forget Peter is Spider-Man, leading him to reconcile with his friend.
In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Harry Osborn turns into the Green Goblin after being exposed to a mysterious gas. The gas causes him to experience severe hallucinations, which eventually lead him to believe that he is the Green Goblin. He was dying of the goblin disease, which his father had.
Alexei Sytsevich, also known by the alias Alex O'Hirn and the nom de guerre Rhino, has a near-indestructible horned suit surgically bonded to his skin. Using his immense strength and durability, Rhino charges at anything in his way, especially Spider-Man!
Otto Octavius becomes unstable and fuses a set of artificial intelligent mechanical tentacles to Otto's body and brain, leading him to become the powerful super villain Doctor Octopus.
He uses advanced Oscorp armor and equipment to terrorize New York City and battle Spider-Man, but ultimately dies when he is impaled by his own glider. A hallucination of Osborn haunts his son Harry in Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007).
Knowing that Peter had taken photos of the hero, Harry asked him to get in touch with Spider-Man. Later, Spider-Man appeared in Harry's home, but refused to give him his blood regardless of what Harry offered him, as he believed his blood would have a negative effect on Harry if it wasn't compatible.
However, in the Raimi films, the information that Norman was the Green Goblin was made public. In fact, the only people who knew of the Green Goblin's identity were Norman's butler Bernard, Peter Parker, and later Harry Osborn.
Just before his demise, the character says, “Oh.” This moment of realization had originally just been about the villain understanding that he was just about to die.
When he regained all his memories, Harry submerged himself in a new version of the formula that his father had been working on before disappearing, making himself stronger than Norman believed possible. It was enough for Harry to match Spider-Man blow for blow.
Why did Peter stop Peter from killing Green Goblin?
By preventing Tom Holland's Peter from killing the Green Goblin in what would be an almost identical scene to the one in Spider-Man's, Tobey Maguire's Peter not only fixed his failure of not previously saving Norman, but also prevented Holland's from falling down a dark path.
Doc Ock's rage stemmed from a vague feeling that Norman had previously outsmarted him and he'd lost something important in the process. He briefly thought he'd redeemed himself as the Superior Spider-Man, a role he sacrificed to stop Norman at the climax of the groundbreaking Superior Spider-Man run.
Realizing only Peter could save his beloved Anna Maria, Octavius returned control of Peter's body to the true Spider-Man just in time for Peter to save the day.
Though Doctor Octopus himself is portly, in poor physical shape, and is near-sighted, with his harness attached he is physically more than a match for Spider-Man. The accident also made his eyes very sensitive to light, requiring him to wear glasses with shaded lenses.

An engineer from Staten Island, Toomes turns to a life of crime after discovering his business partner had been embezzling funds from their joint enterprise—clearly the logical decision in such an event.
Raised by his overprotective mother, Maxwell Dillon dreams of being an electrical engineer. But when struck by lightning, he gains the power to generate and control electricity. He creates a costume, turns to a life of crime as Electro, and becomes an enduring adversary to Peter Parker, AKA Spider-Man!
However, one time when they went to an actual finish was in Incredible Hulk #378, where Hulk was clearly able to overpower The Rhino and even put him in a coma. While Rhino and the Hulk are no strangers to each other, the same can be said for Iron Man and Hulk.
Harry Osborn, an old friend of Peter and MJ's, develops Oshtoran Syndrome and undergoes an experimental Symbiote treatment. Harry discovers Peter's secret identity as Spider-Man, and Peter discovers Harry's Symbiote powers.
Narrowly defeated by Spider-Man, he receives psychiatric treatment and doesn't recall his time as the Green Goblin nor that Peter was the famous wall-crawler. Meanwhile, Harry finds love with Liz Allan and marries her, and they have a son Normie, named after his father.
MJ begins dating Harry Osborn, but remains friends with Peter. After Harry and MJ break up, and Gwen's death, MJ and Peter begin dating again. She gets upset that he often ditches her, but forgives him when she finds out that he is Spider-man. The two eventually get married.
