The reason for this is that although both Yoda and the Father assures us, the future is always in motion, and nothing is set in stone, the premonitions Anakin had about the death of his wife were not warnings about a preventable possibility. George Lucas made it clear: Padmé's death was “preordained.”
Ultimately, Revenge of the Sith ended quite differently. While Anakin accurately predicted that Padmé would die in childbirth, Star Wars movies and TV shows have never precisely clarified exactly how that happened.
There's a pretty good chance that Padme would have lived if Anakin had not fallen to the Dark Side of the Force. One of the big reasons is that, in storytelling, especially mythic storytelling, it's very common for prophecies to become self-fulfilling. Padme died because Anakin went to the Dark Side.
Shortly before Luke and Leia were born, the medical droid said Padmé was physically healthy, but had lost the will to live. Onscreen, that is the only explanation given for her death, and it's been a sticking point for viewers for years.
Sadly the Clone Wars would have still happened, but Padmé would have also survived, giving birth to Luke and Leia who would have probably been inducted into the Jedi Order. As for what would have happened between the two, with their marriage and all, that's a bit tricky.

Could Vader revive Padmé?
In the main Star Wars timeline, of course, Darth Vader's attempts to resurrect Padmé on Mustafar were doomed to failure. But it's fascinating to speculate what would have happened had he been successful. In that scenario, Padmé Amidala's return from the dead would not have provided the solace Darth Vader sought.
Anakin's vision did come true, as Padmé, heartbroken by her husband's downfall, loses her will to live and succumbs while giving birth to twins. Before her death, Padmé still believed there was still good left in Anakin and that one day he could be saved with the help of their children.
Anakin's Force Choke begins the series of injuries that ultimately leads to Padme's death, and convinces Obi-Wan to fight him. Despite this, when Anakin learns of Padme's death, his immediate reaction of grief and regret shatters everything in the lab with a powerful force shockwave.

Dooku, AND Anakin, would be less likely to fall to the dark side if Qui-Gon was left alive and Maul's sympathetic past would never be revealed. For the former, Order 66 wouldn't be executed since Dooku wouldn't be the one planning to do that on the clones.
In this timeline, Anakin would no doubt have become one of the most respected and powerful Jedi Masters on the council, joining the likes of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu, and Yoda. However, Anakin's relationship with Senator Padmé Amidala would stand as a potential roadblock for the newly appointed master's Jedi career.
Why didn't Obi-Wan say anything about Anakin and Padmé?
He fell in love with Satine and would have left the Jedi had she asked him to, but she did not, and so they parted ways, divided by their duty. Obi-Wan couldn't help wishing Anakin the happiness he had been denied, and therefore, he decided to keep the marriage between Padmé and Anakin a secret.
Anakin Hated Obi-Wan Because of an Imagined Relationship With Padme. Although Padme and Obi-Wan's affair couldn't have been further from the truth, Anakin apparently built up a scenario in his mind, which was only heightened by the Jedi Council's obfuscation in other areas.
She ultimately died of a broken heart after giving birth to the twins Luke Skywalker and Leia Amidala Skywalker. With her dying breath, she insisted that there was still good in the former Anakin Skywalker, who embraced the persona of Darth Vader throughout the reign of the Empire.
Before he could enter, however, Vader was stopped by Sabé, Eirtaé, Rabé, Saché, and Dormé, former handmaidens of Amidala, who refused to let him enter into the grave so he would not desecrate it. However, Vader would not be denied. As he entered the tomb, he became flooded with memories of Amidala.
And he's already murdered Mace Windu at Palpatine's behest, more or less by stabbing the Jedi in the back. The canonical comic Star Wars: Darth Vader #7 confirms the younglings' deaths caused Anakin grief, self-loathing, hatred, and pain, fueling his descent even further into the Dark Side.
When Anakin had to choose between losing Padme — fearing that she might die in childbirth — or turning to evil to “save” her from death, he chose evil. His desire to “save” her at all costs led Anakin to the dark side. For him, the dark side became a means of saving his loved one.
By the events of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, Luke had accepted that Vader is his father, and his hatred toward his father had completely disappeared, transformed into love and hope, like his late mother, Padmé Amidala, Luke believed there was still good left in Anakin and that he could be redeemed.
Anakin and Padmé met when Anakin was still just a young boy in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. Though he was already infatuated with her then, it was a boyish crush — one that Padmé could not reciprocate at the time.
